There was a competitor supply store right around the corner from my house, but they were quoting twice the cost of the switch ($14.25 at central supply). So I drove 30 min to the east side (I live on the west side of Indy) because they had been friendly on the phone and it was half price compared to the other store near me. Once I arrived, I quickly found the parts counter and was somewhat unprepared to order as I was unsure what I needed. I had snapped several photos of my pressure switch/tank to help me. That's when one of the regular plumbers (who was ordering parts also) looked at my pics and totally helped me order all that I needed to do the job. While we waited for our orders to get picked from the warehouse, I continued to learn more about pressure switches from the nice plumber who had ordered my parts for me. The staff and patrons were friendly, and very helpful. I was able to also purchase the wires I needed as well as a new pressure gauge because they have both plumbing and electrical supplies. Total bill : $27.38. Competition : $32.50 for just the pressure switch. I will definitely come back for my next plumbing/electrical needs. I guess my experience with this business is not as favorable as others have had…read more I had requested that my fence line be repaired as four of the 4x4s had been broken off below the ground level. I was expecting they would dig those broken parts out and replace it with new 4x4s and cement them in place. What they did was dig new holes and place new 4x4s near to wear the old ones were. They were supposed to repair one of my two fence gates that had been effected. They fixed one side and even took one of the gate's hardware down and never put it back up. So I am not satisfied, and I gave them the opportunity to make it right and the father of the guy who gave me the estimate came out and told me they would make it right. That over a month ago. I texted them to ask if this was ever going to happen and the response was they were very busy and would get to it. But they haven't. And at this point, I really don't want them back. I am going to have to pay someone else to properly fix my fence. So would I recommend them to another homeowner who had fence work that needed repairing? No. They might be great at some other task, but fixing fences, a least in my particular situation, is not what they are good at.

Two wks later, we get a call telling us the glass was in but when we went to get it, no one could find it! Still no idea what happened but they said it would be reordered. From that point on, we called and stopped in every few days but were always given one excuse after another. We heard that it would be in on the next truck, had to be special ordered and would be in the next week, would "probably" be in by Friday, had to be special ordered by a different supplier and (my all-time favorite), at nearly 2 months out, it was on back order!! Glass finally arrived 8 weeks after order was placed. No apology, no discount, no offer of any kind, just here's your glass. Had planned to install during September or October weather but obviously, with the weather now, we get to go more months without a window. How is this place still in business? He had me looking all over the house for the main gas line. You would think that a professional would have no problem identifying where the main gas line is located.Finally, he called the Gas Company to report I was not getting gas. The people from Center Point arrived 10 minutes later removed and replaced 1 CSA ball value. Problem solved. No charge. He said I got played by Godby and feel the same way. Paid $185 dollars for nothing. We used Godby for many things in the past but no more thanks to Bill's behavior.

They put down covering to protect floors, bagged up old insulation and debris and replaced insulation and vapor barrier. The materials they used appeared to be industrial quality. We've had a lot of remodelers in lately who have been careless and somewhat destructive, but not Crawlspace Doctors. They were careful and respectful. They were on time, friendly and finished the entire project in 6 hours. They asked us to inspect the work before they left and described everything that they did. I have noticed a difference in the air quality in the house almost immediately. The moisture in the basement was greatly reduced. We can breath better. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. They are great.
