The front desk person was very welcoming, explaining all aspects of what to expect and reviewing my insurance coverages. The assistant to the doctor was very friendly while doing my pre-xrays. When I met Dr Lamia he was suprisingly a very down to earth person. Dr. L took his time to explain all the details of the root canal in very simple terms. Dr. L has a surfer like persona ( very relaxed and chill). The room has all the newest technology. I was nervous to get a root canal, because I never heard a good story about this procedure. Well I am here to say, besides a tiny pinch from the needle I did not feel anything. Dr. L talked to me throughout the entire procedure, explaining exactly what he was doing. Before I knew it the procedure was over. My only word is "unbelievable"! My fears were all for nothing. I would recommend Dr. Lamia to anyone. We all don't like getting our teeth worked on, but Dr. L made it a pleasure. I also got to meet Bonzo the office mascot ( Boston Terrier). I give this office 5 stars from start to finish!!

I started the process with Dr. Lentz who had a great chairside manner. He told me what to expect through the entire process and post procedure care. While I was unable to finish the root canal with Dr. Lentz, Dr. Pobiner was amazing as well. He was so gentle and followed up (as did Dr. Lentz) later the same day of my appointment to see how I was feeling. While you never want to need a root canal, if you do need one, I highly recommend Branch Endodontics.

He quickly put her on different meds to get things under control. That evening I was still panicked and spoke with Dr Glazer who immediately answered my after hours call and continued to check up on my daughter later that night and the next morning. As well the staff, especially Donna, was very attentive to my situation, squeezing in my daughter for two appointments and followed up with phone calls to check on her. This was overall a great experience except for Dr Wender not answering my after hour call the first night which sent me to the ER. My suggestion would be that if you advertise a Dr is on call for emergency ... then someone should certainly be available. As it turns out I would have gone to ER regardless. I highly recommend either Dr Lacarucca or Dr Glazer for children.
