Kind of a mediocre kind of place. I believe I tried the frozen yogurt a while ago, and just thought it was forgettable. But, I just now realized they also have items besides just froyo. For example, they also serve cookie dough, and I wanted to try it. So I did. And it was pretty meh. It wasn't the worst cookie dough I've had, but it certainly wasn't impressive. In an odd way, it was kind of flavorless. They do offer several kinds of cookie dough, and I went the peanut butter cup and the chocolate chunk. The chocolate chunk barley had any chocolate chunk pieces. The peanut butter didn't have a strong nutty flavor. It was just kind of bland. All in all, maybe I'll come back for the froyo, but the cookie dough wasn't worth it. read more

I have been to sincerely yogurt twice now and both times it was a positive experience. Four stars because both times there were also non-working machines. I guess I'm not a huge fan of frozen yogurt because buying something by the weight seems fun until you get carried away and spend waaaaay more than is reasonable for a bowl of ice cream. The flavors were all really good, the service was friendly, and they had several little games at the tables you could play while eating. Stopped in after a walk around Graham Park this past weekend. There weren't many patrons around 7:00pm, and a few of the yogurt flavors were low so we couldn't try them, but checkout was fairly quick and there are a few tables both indoor and outdoor for groups to sit at. 2 of the machines were broken so there weren't many flavor choices. There's also just not much room inside for sitting and it wasn't that clean. Finally, I knew that it was getting late so I checked on google to see when they were open until and I saw that we still had 1h45m until they close, but then a couple minutes later an employee came up and said that close in 5 minutes. I went with my husband and daughter here last night after not being here for about a year. It was awful. Very dirty, with only about half the lights on. I understand that it's just desserts, but it's still an area offering a type of food. Yogurt dispensers and topping areas were dirty and empty, and the seating area was in disarray and neglected. A self serve frozen yogurt place, usually pretty good with lots of toppings choices but this last visit was a little disappointing. My son really wanted to go here and we have gone here multiple times over the years but this past trip wasn't as good as it used to be. We collected our cups and proceeded to dispense the frozen yogurt from the machines and it was really soft, almost watery. The topping choices were sparse and the strawberries that were offered were not very fresh. When we paid it seemed rather expensive for what little we got and the flavor tasted "off". I usually eat all of what I get but just couldn't this time. Also, as we were sitting there it was dead silent and I felt that maybe they should have some music playing. My wife and I just finished eating hot buffalo wings at a nearby restaurant and we agreed that ice cream sounded good and would take the edge off the hot sauce. But the aren't too many ice cream places open at8:30 PM in da burgh in December but my wife remembered passing this place and it was on our way home so we stopped in. The young lady working was sweet and polite and offered us samples of our choosing. They advertised custard but didn't have any. There were about a dozen funky flavors of frozen yogurt and we sampled a couple each before quickly defaulting to chocolate and vanilla. I added coconut and colored sprinkles (aka "Jimmies" in da burgh). We each had a few ounces and it came in around $9. Honestly the yogurt was virtually tasteless, and as my wife observed "wasn't worth the calories!" Even if you need an emergency ice cream fix, I would not recommend this place. There is a Shop and Save Supermarket in the same plaza and you would be better off buying a gallon of ice cream or a couple of pints of Ben & Jerry's to take home and enjoy. read more

We love Simply Yogurt. They opened in September and are located behind the CVS Pharmacy and much too, too close to my house! They have about 8 different flavors of frozen yogurt that change on occasion. My favorite is pistachio. They also currently have pumpkin (yummy), cheesecake, chocolate, boysenberry, raspberry (sugar-free), cookies & creme and original. You "assemble" your own treat, dispensing the flavor or flavors of yogurt that you want and add the topping that you want. I love the "sprinkles" with the pistachio. This cute little store also has Wi-Fi. Isn't that nice! I hope this new business goes well and I am certainly helping to support it! read more

I have become a fan of this place. The first time I went I was skeptical. I did not like the feeling of NOT taking what I wanted for fear of the price. I did find the balance of price and flavor, now I really enjoy going. There really is not a whole lot of space to sit inside but when it's warm there is some outdoor seating. I really enjoy the yogurt and have only had a couple flavors I didn't care for. They keep the flavors changing which brings some variety to what could be a monotonous experience. The service is okay but could be better. They really need to have someone that is knowledgable on the flavors and what they are made with. They could really knock this out of the park with better service and it could start with samples. I brought about 10 people here, from my family, for their first time. They had no clue what to get and asked for a sample. The girl came over, helped one or two people, then left. We were left to fend for ourselves. This is really my only complaint. I had not been to this Sincerely Yogurt in years - since trying their incredible Red Velvet yogurt years ago - but stopped by after lunch earlier this week. Yes, it's November, so it was just me for a little bit. However, though business is slow this time of year, the shop was neat and clean and tidy, and the topping variety was plentiful. I appreciated that Sincerely Yogurt offers fall flavors. The Pumpkin looked very tempting, but unfortunately, the machine was unavailable when I got my ice cream, so I went with the very tasty Dutch Chocolate and Gingerbread. Yogurt wouldn't generally be a must-have for me during the cool Pittsburgh fall, but after trying these amazing flavors, I think that I may just have to come back more frequently this time of year. read more

Yogurt was good I tried a few different flavors dark chocolate, white chocolate , and cake batter which I feel was the best flavor they had a wide variety of toppings and sauces ranging from chocolate to Reese's peanut butter sauce. I had no issue with the yogurt it's self it was just a little too pricey I feel for the small amount I got I purposely made sure to get just a dribble of the yogurt and very little for topping just some cookie crumble and small amount of chocolate sauce it came to almost $10 if it were just a bit cheaper I would be a repeat customer but for the price I can get more from other yogurt shops or restaurants. read more

Probably the best yogurt that I have ever ate in my life. The owner is a absolute pleasure to speak with and you can tell that he truly appreciates his customers. Love the fact that I can choose between about 8 different yogurts and add whatever toppings I want and then they just weigh it at the end and that is what you pay. My wife and I had our fill and still beat what we would have paid at an ice cream place. (And I love the taste of it more than ice cream) If you are looking for a great desert and a fun place for your family, I truly hope that you get to this location. You will not be disappointed. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I go here everytime I am in Cranberry, which is pretty much every other day and I cannot get enough. The staff is super friendly and the yogurt is out of this world! They have waffle bowls now and flavors that get me into the Christmas spirit! This is my family's new favorite place for a treat, anytime of the day!!! We go at least 3 times a week and absolutely LOVE it. The self serve set-up with delicious fresh toppings is wonderful! I love that you pay for what you make for yourself by the ounce, instead of paying for a ton of extra that you can't eat. Although, I must say, I fill up my bowl with a ton and eat it ALL! This place is walking distance from my house, so it is easily accesible for us. Luckily, there is no guilt with it being fat-free.
