My co-worker was hospitalized and was very depressed, so I decided to send her some flowers. I ordered the "Dipped in Gold" floral arrangement online for delivery on the same day. They were able to delivery within certain area codes for a fee and if you want same day delivery, you have to order before 2 PM. The vase for the floral arrangement was not available. Doug (staff) called me to ask if he can use another vase, which was totally fine. I appreciated the fact that they want to make the arrangement as close as possible to the picture on their website. My co-worker was very happy with the flowers. She send me a picture today of the flowers, even 5 days after it was delivered, it was still beautiful and has not withered.
