I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

We left our cat at family pet boarding for a few days while traveling for a family holiday. The…read moreroom in which she was kept seemed okay but due to our cat being scared and defensive of being handled by the employees they were unable/unwilling to let her out of her cage in the room after the first night when other cats started arriving. Which I was informed of the next morning when the decision was made. But i was unfortunately already out of town already so aprox. 8hrs she was out of a cage with the room to herself. When I did arrive to pick her up they had placed a large black blanket over her cage also to keep her from interacting with the free roaming cats which I thought was pretty crappy because she has never had confrontations with other animals owned by relatives. I really won't ever know how long they just left her in the dark in a cage like that. I was also informed that If i did ever need to board her she would have to be the only cat in the whole room... I can't say I would ever bring her back knowing how she was treated and unless your cat is an absolute saint and is totally fine with strange places and new people (which most aren't) I wouldn't bring them unless you want them in a cage 24/7 maybe with or without any light.

Not only did Maverick need the training, but I also needed to learn how to work with Maverick. Maverick is doing awesome. My daughter's dog can come over and they play together, lay on the couch together. We attend training because I want Maverick to continue to be around other dogs on a regular basis. Kerry loves loves loves dogs. Kerry does a great job with the owners too. You can see and hear her passion during our training session. Several vets on board and a large staff. Urgent Care, daycare, medications, noarding, pet food and other supplies. They have an app also. Points are awarded for every $100 you spend. A little disappointed in their point system as our previous vet would offer points for every dollar you spent versus every $100. (especially after spending over $800 for my current visit involving diagnostic tests). I previously investigated boarding my dogs there while going on a vacation, however they do not have doggie daycare during the weekends and the dogs are just kennelled. They seem to be very highly regarded locally and our sponsors of local events.

When we took a tour of Skydance in Douseman, I knew they were genuinely compassionate and kind people. They answered all my questions and the facilities were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I felt like it was a home away from home in a beautiful setting in the kettle moraine forest. When I dropped my boy off for his 9 day stay, I was greeted with kindness and they were very thorough to make sure they had all the information they needed to make his stay comfy. The caregivers were so sweet and patient with me every time I called to check in with them. I found it very comforting to know the caregivers are well educated and trained in CPR. They are also very diligent to appropriately match dogs together for play time so they are with personalities and sizes that are safe. I highly recommend this incredible place to anyone looking for great care for their furry family member. They go above and beyond and treated my dog as a member of their family. I am so grateful.

We boarded our dogs there for a week in June and they were supposed to receive a bath before pick up. The boarding facility sent them home with both of their backsides covered in diarrhea. I questioned bringing them back, but decided to give it another shot, which was a terrible mistake. We recently boarded them both for a week (total bill over $1000) and I let the staff know that both dogs have some level of anxiety about boarding at drop off. Again, we asked for the bath, nail trim as part of the boarding package. My 20 year old daughter picked up the dogs and upon bringing them home, she called to tell me our 10 year old had a dramatic limp and was not willing to move or get out of bed. Upon further inspection, we noticed that he had licked his front paws raw and his nails appeared to be clipped down to quick. None of this was communicated at pick up. His feet were so bad he refused to walk and I had to take him to the vet. I called the Dousman facility and was transferred to the manager and explained the situation to her through tears. How did they not notice this throughout the week? She said she was going to discuss with staff and their director would be in touch to remedy the situation. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard anything. This place is advertised as an upscale crate free facility, but obviously they are not taking care of the dogs as advertised. Do not trust this place with your dogs.

I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! We had to reschedule her appt based on the holidays and they did everything they could to accommodate. They made it happen! I am VERY particular about the quality of care for every member of my family and do not compromise. Furryland Land exceeds all of my expectations.
