We left our cat at family pet boarding for a few days while traveling for a family holiday. The…read moreroom in which she was kept seemed okay but due to our cat being scared and defensive of being handled by the employees they were unable/unwilling to let her out of her cage in the room after the first night when other cats started arriving. Which I was informed of the next morning when the decision was made. But i was unfortunately already out of town already so aprox. 8hrs she was out of a cage with the room to herself. When I did arrive to pick her up they had placed a large black blanket over her cage also to keep her from interacting with the free roaming cats which I thought was pretty crappy because she has never had confrontations with other animals owned by relatives. I really won't ever know how long they just left her in the dark in a cage like that. I was also informed that If i did ever need to board her she would have to be the only cat in the whole room... I can't say I would ever bring her back knowing how she was treated and unless your cat is an absolute saint and is totally fine with strange places and new people (which most aren't) I wouldn't bring them unless you want them in a cage 24/7 maybe with or without any light.

Luckily, we found Kate and she put all of our worries aside. After meeting Kate, we knew she was our answer on training these puppies. They entered the Day Camp program. It was amazing how quickly they learned and how much they loved going and being with Kate. Kate's love for these dogs is quite obvious and her training is exceptional. We now have a life long relationship with Kate and the puppies continue to participate in group training sessions. Our puppies are often complimented on their wonderful behavior.

I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

In our case we brought our own food, and asked for a mid-day nap for our pups to be put back into their room together. My dog is 60 lbs and my sister's dog is 13 lbs, so they spend the days with their own size friends but giving them a break together mid-day was good for them. We got pictures regularly which is always a nice way to relax on vacation. When we picked up our pups they were exhausted, as expected. Both were ready to go home, but we felt sure that they had been well cared for every day. Paying for extras is worth it for our peace of mind, and knowing our dog's daily schedule is different but some parts are the same lets us feel like we have done the best we can when we have to board them. The bath required on the last day is helpful, but my dog's ears were highly matted and I had to cut out the knots when I got him home. I understand that this was from his activities with other dogs, but I also had to remember that the bath is not a groom, just a cleaning. I had planned a full groom for my pup shortly after we got home. Thank you to Ben for being so good with the dogs. I believe everyone here does their best to treat the dogs with kindness and we are already feeling good about planning our next trip, knowing we have a good option for boarding with confidence.

Several vets on board and a large staff. Urgent Care, daycare, medications, noarding, pet food and other supplies. They have an app also. Points are awarded for every $100 you spend. A little disappointed in their point system as our previous vet would offer points for every dollar you spent versus every $100. (especially after spending over $800 for my current visit involving diagnostic tests). I previously investigated boarding my dogs there while going on a vacation, however they do not have doggie daycare during the weekends and the dogs are just kennelled. They seem to be very highly regarded locally and our sponsors of local events.

When Maria showed herself after about a minute, I told her a dog got out. She told me to wait while she hunted down the dog. The owner came, I told him what happened, and he took his car and also looked. 1/2 hour later thankfully the dog was found. When Maria came back, she told me it was my fault the dog got out and I should have known better there would be a dog unattended and un-leashed in the lobby. I asked why the gate was left open and she denied it was. I asked why the dog was in the lobby and she said it had anxiety and needed to be there. I said all the more reason the dog shouldn't be left alone. Every truth I told her she denied in front of the dog owner. She took NO responsibility at all. In essence she called me a liar. The other reviews are older, and I believe it was under different ownership then, because I had been there, and it was nothing like this. I am now banned from bringing my dog there. I wouldn't anyway because the smell is HORRENDOUS (and this is not an exaggeration). Just be aware that your dog may get out and the worst might possibly happen. PS....there was another dog in the lobby unattended....a cute little doodle puppy. I didn't want to leave it there alone because I wanted to sit in the car to get away from the odor.
