When you walk in they greet you, and send you right to the sinks to get your hair washed. The parking around the salon is metered so make sure you bring change ! On Mondays you can only bring cash. The hairstylist began chopping right away without proper warning and she did not ease into the length, she chopped off at least five inches to start without asking if I was ok with it. She then made the front way shorter than the rest which was not asked for at all. She did not communicate at all, she did not ask if I wanted a wash or dry. Overall, I am very unhappy with the haircut and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service. If you are in the area, go to The Salon at Warren Inc.
