While looking on the lot David showed me a 2025 one. I loved it. The brand new 2025 was well within my budget even with the premium trim. Then I spoke to Philip Puleo the sales manager regarding pricing. Phil gave me the lowest out the door price within the first 5 minutes of talking to him. There was 0 back and forth, 0 games, 0 frustration. I did visit other dealerships in the area and what a mistake that was. I wasn't aware how lucky I was with how I was treated at Mazda. I ended up going back to Mazda, thanked both David and Peter endlessly and walked out with my beautiful new car. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. The process was easy, honest and I couldn't be happier.

I went to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched pricing, incentives and my trade value, and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a packed schedule. The first deal wasn't even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later that day, I got a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was asked to leave a $500 refundable deposit to hold everything for 72 hours, so I agreed. After checking my trade and calling my insurance company, the entire conversation changed. Suddenly I was told the deal needed to happen that night because of month-end timing, even though I had been told the deposit would protect the deal. I even offered to come back that evening, sign the paperwork and return another day to pick up the truck. My calls and texts weren't returned, I drove back to the dealership anyway, and then I was told the truck couldn't be obtained that night. Before leaving, I was promised a call the next day after they checked on the truck and incentives. That call never came. I eventually had to call them myself. To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I want to give the salesperson credit. He was polite, respectful and never tried to push me into a truck I didn't want. I don't believe he was the issue. My frustration is with the process. Every time I thought we had everything figured out, something changed. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like the goalposts just kept moving. I walked in ready to lease a truck and left wondering why buying a vehicle had to be so much more complicated than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication because I think it would make a big difference for future customers.

I have to say this purchase was the most efficient and pleasant experiences that I've had when purchasing a car. The salesperson, Konstantin, found exactly what I wanted quickly and got things done in a very efficient manner without being pushy. Johnny Shi, in finance, made the deal close smoothly and with a better rate then my bank and credit union. I Definitely recommend Rallye, and these guys in particular.

If he represented the dealership on his own then it would be 5 stars across the board. What decreased my rating significantly was the service every time we visited. The rest of the staff were extremely rude. If you walk in and smile and say hello they look at you and say you need to wait. The very last straw for me was when we were getting our car serviced and our loaner car malfunctioned and shut down a mile away from rallye. The dealership was unfortunately about to close but I called to se if they wouldn't mind waiting and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She told me that it was my problem. Luckily when we hung up we called back and spoke to someone else who had some courtesy. When it was time to look for another lease, I had enough. Why spend all that money to be treated like trash from half the dealership? We're in an Audi now. Audi Queens.. service was impeccable.

My guy was Andrew, he called my insurance/Gap which covers everything the other two agents wanted me to pay for. Why wld other representatives not have a clue about my maintenance service coverage which came with my car purchase. Andrew reinstated their values for me to return. Everything was taken care of as it should be and am grateful to have been able work with him. I want this company to vet their employees capabilities, and retrain some of ur staffs that have zero experience with services, bcos why wld they want me to pay for a services that I've already paid for. My last two representatives left my car trashy, dented unprofessional services. I'm going to stop complaining about them since I wld never use them again, and thank Andrew for his passion, customer service and knowledge of what a customer deserves. Period.

Can't say enough about Leo (service tech) and Mike (Parts dept)…read more Had a burned out module (rear left brake light and left turn rear signal not working. Bulbs were fine. Felt I was driving blind. Using bike hand signals to let others behind me know I was turning. Mike from parts was so helpful and patient in helping me order the part. Went to get the part and had issue removing the old module by myself. Asked Leo for some help and he went out of his way to help me replace it (spent 20 min doing it), outside in the parking lot. He was still on the clock (no scheduled appt for this service). Just went to buy the part and try to replace myself (YouTube videos). But one of the connectors burned and melted and was stuck). Thank you Mike and Leo! Great service!!
