I found a style of boots that I would normally pay $150 for and Danform had them on sale for $60. I also found a pair of Merrill's. I didn't feel pressured at all by the sales staff. They gave me ample time to figure out what I wanted and then they were quick to ring me out. Penny took the time to measure my feet and they found the correct size for me. I was surprised to find shoes on sale that fit me. So often I get into a shoe store and nothing on sale will fit my feet.

So I brought them in 30 minutes later and they took em back! They ordered another pair due to the pair I had not being available. Shipping was still free! Either way I was VERY happy on this visit. I'm also convinced they are ALL about customer service! The manager also gave a $10 off coupon. I will be using these for another pair of DC's in a few weeks. So I changed my score! I got the impression that they were too self absorbed in their ''deep conversations" with each other that none could be bothered to stop leaning on the counter and actually acknowledge my presence in their store. I have also heard a lot of complaints about Lennie's return and exchange policies. Recently, a new store called Boot Barn opened in the Williston Marketplace in the old Christmas Tree Shop location right next to Best Buy and easy walking distance to Dick's Sporting Goods, Starbucks, Chili's and Longhorn restaurants. The Boot Barn carries items similar to Lennie's, but they have a far better selection, the store is much nicer, plus the staff is super nice. It's my new favorite work wear store. If you want to feel good about yourself, try Boot Barn instead of being ignored at Lennie's.
