Ordered online, got there 10 min later and expected to wait 5 min for the food to be ready. I don't think they had started it until we got there. 15 minutes later they brought out the bowl we ordered but not the appetizer. They hadn't started it yet. Very trashy. Leaking cielings and A/C ducts with buckets under them- we spotted 4, mid-walkway and one on a customer table! The food is generic and with no guide on it, it's hard to identify and harder to put together a tasty combo. Spices are given made-up generic names to mask what they could be. Staff is always being yelled at by some very vulgar, loud manager whose language would turn a parent with child pale and encourage them to leave without paying. Temperature in summer borders on stove-like, downright unpleasant. Utensils are rarely clean, with visible obvious food stuck on after the 'wash'. Floors look grimey and badly in need of a scrub. Carpets are probably beyond saving. Bowls are tiny for their price, very unsatisfying. You have to stack it like an expert and even then the cooks just dump off excess, so you have to buy two bowls to get fed. Very poor experience indeed. read more

We have been to ghengis grill several times but have never had service as good as we did tonight. Joseph Higgins was a very respectful and out going server. Neat place to go. Buffet type line where you pick out your (raw) meat, spices, vegetables, sauces and noodles, rice or wrap and they take your bown and throw it in a habachi grill and cook it up for you and bring to you when its ready. The service we had was good even on a extreamly busy evening. It was a lil pricey but no more than any other fast food type place really. Plus more than likely you will have leftovers bc you can fill your bowl as full as you like. The desserts looks great but we were too full to try any. Maybe next time. read more

After years of going to this restaurant, I just can't manage to bring myself back here. Really love the idea of the restaurant, but after recent visits I've noticed the chicken is frozen to where you can't tell if you are getting ice or chicken. It cost the chicken to taste old. But my biggest problem was with our waitress. This month was my moms birthday and we asked for the free bowl. The waitress said we no longer have that deal and it's something different and only gets you $10 off your bowl but if you look on the wall it says you get a free bowl. So i of course point that out and she replies "for as long as I've worked here thats not the deal anymore and I'll have them take down that sign" when my mom gets an email and the restaurant hangs something different, I expect to not get sass from my waitress. But I do have to say the manger apologized and gave my mom her birthday bowl. Still the food has gone down hill and I suggest they check the freezer before they make all their meats go bad. One of our favorites in Moore. When you walk in, wait at the podium. Someone will show you to a table, take your drink orders and bowl size and then you're free to join the line. Word of advise, when you choose your bowl, think small. I always go in after a 7 day fast it seems and I'll go out on a limb for a medium and its too much food. The reasoning is this, your bowl accounts only for meats and veggies. They will add your choice of rice or noodles along with an egg or two when they cook it. I have learned for the most part to stick with the small. I've had alcoholic beverages there 3 times. 2 times were a mixed drink order and unfortunately they were horrible. The one good time was a beer. I'm not sure if it qualifies for a good time because it was slightly warm when she served it but promptly replaced it with a cold one when we requested. They service is always great and there really quick. The food is good and a lot fresher than the other grills we've visited. I would say its a little pricey which keeps us from going more than we do. Also, they need to work on keeping the line cleaner. I know a bunch of people go thru there and throw shit all over the place without a care but regardless. Its very unappealing. IMO I think they should have an individual down there simply to clean and answer any potential questions. read more

I have been here a few times but this time was awful. We begin by getting our bowls and everything is fine. The food was good, but after a little while of waiting on it my partner spilled his drink. We asked for napkins to clean it up, and nobody brought us any for several minutes. Whilst waiting for the napkins the manager came by and said he was going to clean it up for us. We also got no drink refill for about 5 minutes. We waited for the manager until about halfway through the meal to clean up the drink mess, and we also still not had received any napkins to even clean it up ourselves. We sat with a big puddle next to us for about 10 minutes. We then asked someone again for napkins, we got them and cleaned up. The manager then came by a couple minutes later to clean it up, proceeding to tell us he took so long because someone accidentally gave someone the wrong bowl, which consisted of pork, and that persons religion doesn't eat pork. Also the waiter Grace, never smiled or was kind to us through the whole thing. I myself am a server, so I am a bit more critical but it still was not a great experience. read more

We ate at the one in Tusla and the one in Moore. Both had excellent food. The staff was very helpfull when selecting our ingredients. The food was nice and hot when it arrived. The bowls are pretty cool and handy for this type food. Always get more than we can eat. Price is a bit high but worth it overall. We will go again. It was disgusting. The chicken was thawed and there was chicken juices everywhere. I didn't know a rest. Could serve non chilled chicken and have the chicken juices everywhere and I mean everywhere. This place was so disgusting I usually go here, we had went at 11:15 (happy hour is 11-4 min through Friday) today is July 5 a Tuesday, didn't get charged for the happy hour, our waitress was rude and she was awful, they were out of salt and the place was disgusting, may I remind you they open at 11. Good everywhere all over the back, salt empty, I'm sick to my stomach the chicken wasn't even frozen it was all mushed together, once again we got there 15 minutes after they opened, our whole meal was $50.29 We have 100.29 she gave us our change back 4 fives and 7 ones, we were supossed to get a 50, so it's like pulling teeth to get OUR money and finally we did and it was all in ones, we had went back to the table right after we walked away and she hurried and took her tip so we couldn't take it back, this place is disgusting and awful service I would never recommend someone, and after I type this I am calling corporate.:) read more

Their food is pretty tasty, I always enjoy my bowls there. Went tonight, though, and ugh. The waiter offered me two sizes for my drink, and I said the larger one. So he brought me out a $15 fishbowl. Just for me. And not one of the sizes he'd mentioned. Then we ordered a kids mac & cheese, which was about 11 spiral noodles and no sides. My two year old was still hungry, but I wasn't willing to pay another $6 for more. For four, we dropped $60 on dinner. So it was decent food, but just not worth it. read more

This has been one of my favorite restaurants since opening. My last visit was so disappointing. NO UDON NOODLES...when I complained, the explanation was that they were "hammered" the night before. They had 24 hours to correct the situation and did not. Also I don't appreciate the fact that their online menu offers sirloin tips and that has been replaced with sliced beef. I will give them another chance because of a healthier way of eating. read more

We ate at Genghis Grill #OK 03 on Saturday July 30, 2016. We love Genghis very much, have eaten there many times . Our server was Latisha. She was very good at serving us. When we walked in we were seated right away. I walk with a cane, as we walked to our table, my cane slipped then my feet slipped. The floor was wet. They had mopped the bar area and the water was all the way into the dining area. Also, we sat down and got our food and water started to drip on my husband. We finally moved ourselves to another table. We were not really very pleased. There was not a sign with wet floor out nor were we told that we were where it was dripping. I think that there could have been the responsibility of the server but should the manager should have been on top of both incidents. When we spend nearly $70.00 on lunch for four it could be better. The frist time we ate here was great - but last night there were over 20 staff members (more than patrons) and no one received food while we were there waiting for 30 minutes before walking out without food. The employees were all kids standing around talking about their nighttime plans. It wa sridiculous. read more

Although this is a not as family friendly as I would like, since it's harder with little ones, it is still great. We all love picking out what goes in our own bowls, and the waitress always take our order for what we will get for the little guy. Great food, great service and overall always a good experience.
