Service is great and the atmosphere is really the heavy hitter when it comes to this place! It's definitely a novelty type of place and the environment is fun for kids and adults! The pho was delicious and included large portions of noodles and steak. I do feel like paying $14 for a bowl is a little steep considering we didn't add anything extra to it. The boba drink was over $7 as well and I got the dragon berry but the flavor was lemonade ish. Not worth the price really. There are many other pho places where you can get just as good quality of food for less. That being said, I do think you pay more for the ambience and esthetic which is cute.

It's been about four months and i decided to visit again so I could try the kimchi fries and have the "Black Ox" pho again. I left feeling very disappointed. The kimchi fries were good but they didn't have a lot of kimchi. The pho tasted weird and was not the mouthwatering experience I had last time I visited. I also got a taro bubble tea drink and it barely had any boba. For the price and drive it is, I don't think I see myself really returning.

Ordered pho tai (steak) and the spring rolls with peanut sauce. The food was brought out very quickly. Everything was perfect and tasted incredible! One pho and one order of spring rolls was plenty for two to share. Dining area was clean. Will definitely be back soon.

Went on a date and had pho for the first time. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The food was amazing and they had so many different options. The service was some of the best I've ever had. The food came out almost as soon as we sat down! We will be back again!!

What a cute place in Chisholm creek! It was clean and my two young nephews thought it was cool to be "inside a coloring book". The food was good! I had the crispy pig bowl and it was better than I expected. The staff were very friendly. I look forward to going back with my family.

Yum!!! Ordered UberEats on Sunday afternoon. They were having a special buy one get one on select items. I ordered the rare steak pho and the milk tea. Packaging was very thoughtful. Easy to put the soup together. The drinks had an easy carry out handle for both drinks. The milk tea is both dairy free and caffeine free. Everything was delicious and fresh. Would order here again.

I've had pho a few times and I'm not a fan. However, this place has changed my mind. Best Pho I have ever had! The broth was so good. I added a little hoisin and sriracha to add some extra flavor. Good portion sizes. I had about half my soup left to take home and finish later. We got shrimp spring rolls as well. They were good but the rice paper tasted very chewy. Would definitely come back here for more pho. Man oh man it was good.

Extra points for very pho-togenic ambience (see what I did there?), attentive, helpful, and friendly staff, and a clear menu that makes ordering easy even if you're a newbie. We stopped in on a weeknight and the business was steady. Ordered pork egg rolls and chicken dumplings and both were served hot and crisp with dipping sauce that's better than the average sweet chili sauce. Our mains included chicken pho and pad Thai, and both were good--but not great. Would be better with more seasoning. We also ordered the funnel fries dessert but they were brought too early and by the time we tried them, they were cold and a bit unappetizing.

This place is so cool! The atmosphere took you to another world. The service was amazing and we were shocked by how fast the food came out. The broth was bold and flavorful and the noodles came out cooked perfectly. This will be a regular spot for us!

I have a new boss these days, and if I could write a Yelp review, she'd get five stars for introducing me to Twenty Pho Hour and their pho alone (also 5 stars cause she's great, and no, she's not reading this, I just like saying it!). Let's talk about my reaction. I had seen the restaurant online already, because their interior is AESTHETIC my friends. If you want an Insta-worthy spot to eat at? Here it is. Here they are. I spent half of my meal just exclaiming in excitement over everything, because it's all so cute. INCLUDING the fact that they sell drinks in heart shaped and teddy bear shaped bottles. First, important to know, it's pay first, more like a chain fast food spot. Honestly, that makes it perfect for shared meals. I hate splitting checks because my math skills aren't as good as my eating skills. The menu is large and easy to read, right when you walk in. They also have a small fridge with their bottled drinks (they also have water, soda, and other drinks!), where I grabbed the last teddy bear, filled with a matcha-y milk. SO good. I love an appetizer, so I ordered the Lao Pork egg rolls. OMG were these delicious. They had plenty of filling without being overfilled, were piping hot, and were just sooo good. Five stars all the way, but they were absolutely outshone by the true star of the show: the pho. Now, I know, I know. I got a premium bowl and yes, it was not cheap. Yes, you can get cheaper pho, and yes, I'm sure you're sure the pho place you get yours from is better. All I hear is blah, blah, blah because prior to my visit, I was a "pho is fine but I don't go out of my way for it" to "THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER AND I AM A PHO CONVERT". The "Black Ox" is...mind blowing. Out of this world. Worth every penny and more. In my opinion, this is the best bowl of pho in the city. The broth smells divine, tastes amazing, and I could eat it alone and be satisfied. So much flavor! Then, the meat: eye round steak (very thin slices of beef) and ox tail. Ox tail is one of my favorite things. This was fall off the bone tender, and fatty in that perfect, buttery way. Round steak? Perfectly cooked and tender without falling apart, just ideal. Amazing. AH-MAZ-ING. Finally: service. SO friendly and polite. Food came out so fast and was steaming hot. If I worked nearby, I'd be here every day and go broke for that ox tail. One of my favorite things is that they put out takeout containers, so you don't have to ask. You just get what you need, and off you go. Y'all, just...it is COLD out. Now is the time. Please, go eat here. Get the Black Ox pho. And don't bother thanking me. Just...enjoy it for me.

I came during the week on a Tuesday around 2pm first time here. You do order before you sit down I think they had good options , I really wish they had chicken ramen. The waitress answered all my questions and offered some things. It was very quiet not packed at all.

Alrightttttt! I heard so many good things about this spot that I wanted to check it out. Knowing it was on the pricier side with all the amazing hypes from people who went to the soft opening, I was so excited to try. I love LOVEEEE the interior. I thought it might trip me out after awhile but it didn't. The concept is interesting. I was expecting more of a full service but you actually pay first, and you serve yourself - water and silverware. Definitely more of a fast food vibe which I didn't really like for somewhere like this! But it is what it is. We went w a bigger group. Ordered a couple of apps for the table Fried sampler platter for $16 this was SOO wackkkk 2/5 i don't know what I expected but did not live up to par Krab Rangoon- it's ok. You taste more crab. It's not as sweet as other rangoons. Tempura shrimp - ok Kimchi fries 4/5 likes this way better The broth was very light and didn't taste like it was simmered for 24 hours. They don't use traditional pho noodles here. It's more of a flat pad Thai style noodles. And it was a bit too soft for my liking What we ordered: Black ox - 4/5 my husband got this one and the oxtail was very tender. Short Rib pho- 2/5 my ribs were not tender We also ordered a couple of drinks Ice Vietnamese coffee was watered down and warm Dragon berry bomb- sweet. Tangy and citrusy if you like that Fyi, we went for lunch and it was pretty warm in the restaurant!

At Twenty Pho Hour, I love the black and white designs of the building more than the pho. There is just something about black and white designs that make it look awesomely unique. Too bad the food have a lot to be desired. The pho broth is light, and not savory enough. Compare to some other pho places (which I will not name), broth needs to be more flavorful. Broth tastes about the same as my brother's homemade pho. Thankfully, the meats taste better. Twenty Pho Hour uses flat rice noodle instead of the traditional pho rice noodle, a rather bold move. This could work if they are able to maintain the "springy" texture of the rice noodle. The flat rice noodle was just soft without any "springiness." A small detail I noticed is the sriracha being used is of a different brand, not of Huy Fong Foods. This fact won't affect the food, just something I wanted to point out. Staffs are adequate but I feel like the service was still slow. This will certainly improve with time. Nevertheless, I had no problem with the service received. Now, only one question remains. Will Twenty Pho Hour eventually open twenty four hours?

The pho was on the bland side and the veggies they give for the pho is a very small portion. Everything was self served.

The pricing on the huge window outside is not accurate! It's about $2-3 more on the menu inside! We ordered: Potstickers: pork- was juicy and hot. Pan fried bao: a little bland. There's was nothing "wow" about it. Chicken stir fried noodle: it looked great. Great color, decent amount of toppings. Noodle had a good chew. I think we're missing all the salt though. Was bland. No flavor. Singapore noodle: NO. The noodles were overcooked and soggy/saucy. Also lacking flavor and salt. The shrimp was really tough and hard. Overcooked or very not fresh. Place was a little dark and dreary.

They're handmade, fresh, and chewy, all good things you want in a noodle. But I do think they have a little more to improve on as far as flavor goes. I got the Xian beef hot oil noodles and while the chilli oil was good, the dish was overall pretty underwhelming. It not only needed more meat on the plate, but definitely more flavor in the sauce. Also got some shaved noodle soup - and the soup was pretty good! Little salty but delicious. Their curry fried rice was a little disappointing - the rice was kinda mushy and if its anything fried rice shouldn't be, it's mushy. Also got the pork belly burger for my hubby and that was also very underwhelming. Overall, noodles itself were really good. But the dishes were underseasoned and lacked flavor. They have outdoor seating available, but we decided to sit inside where everything was neat, tidy, and running like a well-oiled machine. The staff throughout the restaurant were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, our first table felt like it was sitting directly under the Arctic Circle, so we politely asked to be moved. Thankfully, that wasn't a problem. Once relocated, we landed in Ms. Jemara's section. Ms. Jemara was a sweet young lady with a warm smile, a friendly personality, and excellent customer service. She was attentive, welcoming, and checked on us throughout our meal without hovering. For drinks, my sister ordered a Coke while I went with a glass of water and an Orion beer. For appetizers, I ordered the Chicken Karaage and a side of Gyoza. For my main course, I chose the Vegan Miso Butter Corn Ramen and added a Nitamago egg. The Chicken Karaage was nice and crispy and made for a good starter. The Gyoza was enjoyable as well. As for the ramen, it was decent--certainly not the best I've ever had, but far from the worst. What surprised me was learning that the owners are from Okinawa, Japan. I was expecting a broth packed with rich, bold flavor, but this vegan broth came across a little milder than I anticipated. To be fair, this was my first time trying a vegan ramen broth, so that may have played a role. Since I don't eat pork, I've sampled quite a few different styles of ramen over the years, and while this bowl was good, I've personally had more flavorful versions elsewhere. Even so, the restaurant was clean, the service was excellent, and Ms. Jemara helped make the experience an enjoyable one.

The service is incredibly fast and attentive, which made the experience even better. I've ordered so much takeout from this place that I feel like I've tried nearly everything on the menu, and here are my top recommendations. Also, this place has hands down the best Khao Soi in town! Appetizers -Grilled Pork (Moo Ping) -- Juicy, tender, and flavorful. -Fried Angel Chicken Wing -- Super crispy with a tasty marinade. -Chicken or Pork Pot Stickers -- Great starter; crispy outside, juicy inside. -Shumai -- Light, flavorful, and always cooked just right. Salad -Yum Woon Sen Seafood -- Fresh, tangy, with just the right amount of heat. -Papaya Salad with Dried Shrimp -- The perfect summer salad! I usually ask for extra Thai chilies and lime for that spicy, zesty kick. Main Dishes -Thai Chicken Rice (Kao Mun Gai) -- The best chicken rice ever -- simple but comforting. -Fried Chicken Rice -- Like Kao Mun Gai, but with crispy fried chicken instead of steamed -- so satisfying. Thai Basil Stir-Fried Pork: You can get it with ground or crispy pork; both are amazing. -Crispy Pork Stir-Fried Kai-Lan -- Just as good as the basil pork, a perfect balance of savory and crunchy. -Thai Garlic Pork (Moo Gra Tiem) -- Fragrant, garlicky, always hits the spot. Curry Chicken Noodles (Khao Soi) is my absolute favorite dish here. They're creamy, rich, and flavorful. The chicken portion (thigh/breast) is huge, too! -Roasted Duck Noodle Soup -- Comforting, with tender duck and a rich, savory broth. -Tom Yum Noodle Soup -- Spicy, sour, and so warming, packed with flavor. Desserts / Drinks -Thai Tea -- Sweet, creamy, and the perfect way to cool down. -Mango Sticky Rice -- A classic done right, fresh mango, sticky rice, and just the right amount of coconut sauce. This spot and Panang (next door) have easily become one of my all-time favorite Thai restaurants. The food is always consistently delicious, the portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the value is unbeatable. It never lets me down, whether dining in or grabbing takeout!
