After a quick assessment of the type of oil and filter I needed, they go started on the work. The service went without a hitch, and they also took the time to clean the engine a bit, in addition to resetting the digital oil life gauge. We also spoke tires, and they gave me good advice on when and why to replace them, given my vehicle is all wheel drive. Yes, they also offer full tire care in addition to their auto repair service. Just used this place again and changed to Synthetic Oil change which is under $60 nearly everywhere and the guy hosed me charging $98 for the same everyone else charge maybe $60. The business is very very slow with the car wash next door but you dont rip senior citizens off playing them for fools. Leaving town unplanned that day so waiting wasnt an option. The workers are very nice but when there taking you to the cleaners I guess they should be. Shop around for a fair priced place in this economy. I've been coming here for the past two years getting oil changes on my wife's car and my truck. the last oil change on my wife's car I was told the rear brakes needed to be changed soon. So yesterday I arrived at 8:00 AM to get the brakes done. I was told previously I didn't need to make an appointment. When I approached the employee why I was there he immediately got an attitude with me and said I needed an appointment. I explained to him that the gentleman I usually deal with told me I didn't need to make an appointment. He got more agitated and said it was Veterans Day and he couldn't get any parts. I reminded him that Veteran's Day was the following day not today. Then he told me he couldn't get the parts until 4:00 pm and to bring the car in tomorrow. I told him that won't work for me and he said to go somewhere else because he had a lot of appointments today. His attitude lost him a customer and after I told my son about my experience he to will find another place to get his oil changed on his two trucks. The way I was treated was unacceptable and disrespectful. I wish the other gentleman I usually dealt with was there because he would have handled this situation differently. The guys here were great. One sales rep called ZS was super professional. He smites that I'd get in and out but I wasn't in a rush anyways. But he also pointed out something under my vehicle that I'd never notice and I was impressed because they were so quick with my oil change that I thought they didn't even do it lol. Now I had low oil, I know, I need to get better at that but my vehicle is almost 18!years old and hard to let go and my memory now is fading after all this time but I'm coming back to these guys for sure. A week ago, I made an appointment for an oil change at an auto center claiming to be full service. I arrived 15 minutes early, stood in line for 15 minutes to get checked-in, and waited nearly three hours for this simple service. My wife's car needed an oil change as well. Today, I took it to Genie Auto Center. As I arrived, they did not want me to park the car - just drive straight into the garage. They did not "claim" they could do the oil change in 10 minutes...they ACTUALLY did it in 10 minutes. They also checked my tires, other fluids, wipers and air filters. I did not even have to get out of the car, except I was tired of sitting. This was not a simple oil change, it was a pit stop. Oh, the price was less than the "full service" center. I cannot rave about this place any more than I do to my friends and family. I was having a very crappy day. I had lost my phone and my car broke down on the way to retrieve it. I went to these guys after finding them just a mile away. On the way to get my phone, my car started making really loud noises as I would hit the gas. I went carefully to their shop and received nothing but compassion and helpfulness. They immediately took my car in and showed me the problem. He showed me that the muffler broke and that's what was making all the noise. He gave me a very fair price which I as actually shocked by. They made my crappy day so much better. As I was waiting, they talked to me and even taught me a little Arabic. They made me feel at home. When I came back to pick it up, they immediately recognized me and greated me with smiles. They took my car for a car wash and vacuumed the inside. They even put little car fresheners in there!
