Recently, I purchased a product that malfunctioned and made me feel unwell. When I requested a refund, I was informed that store policy prevents refunds for this type of product, as the store "can't take the loss." While I understand policies are in place for a reason, I believe customer service and loyalty should weigh heavily in these situations. As someone who values supporting local businesses and has consistently chosen to spend my money here, I'm disappointed by the lack of effort to make this right--even after reaching out directly. Retaining a loyal customer should mean more than sticking rigidly to a policy, and I had hoped for a resolution that reflected my long-term support for your business.

I still remember my first visit - I was really determined to quit smoking but unhappy with the mod I bought online. The staff checked my mod which we deemed was defective. I found another one here, affordable, & juices I loved. Needless to say, I've not once picked up the stinky sticks since. I moved away for a few years & upon coming back to Chicago, I'm happy to be back. Same great service, selection, & prices. Recently, I stopped in on Sunday, desperate. The tank on my mod was leaking all over the place & I knew a replacement was due. Joseph recommended me the perfect tank, coils to go with, & of course, I had to get another bottle of some juice. (Also recommended but a new favorite!) if you're thinking about dropping cigarettes or already enjoy vaping, pay this place a visit. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). He extended a pretty fat discount - seemed good enough of a reason to go pick up another tank. I did. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me (afternoon 02/17/16 - sold me a uwell), but he knew so much about hardware. He seemed to be into vaping long before "vape shops" were a thing.
