The man working today (I wish I would've grabbed his name) was one of the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable store associates I've ever interacted with. Coming from a history of marketing, sales and retail management, I appreciated this to no end. Vape312 operates a clean, comforting and "current" store design & has a wide variety of products and solutions for everyone, and I back the opinion that even those who are beginners could walk in and confidently walk out with a solution specifically tailored to them (thanks to the awesome staff). I was even told a little about how hard working and passionate the owners are, and I absolutely do not doubt that as fact. It is evident in the brand they are creating. If you are looking for a vape shop in Chicago, the search can be overwhelming. But please take my word for it that this place is the place to be!

I found another one here, affordable, & juices I loved. Needless to say, I've not once picked up the stinky sticks since. I moved away for a few years & upon coming back to Chicago, I'm happy to be back. Same great service, selection, & prices. Recently, I stopped in on Sunday, desperate. The tank on my mod was leaking all over the place & I knew a replacement was due. Joseph recommended me the perfect tank, coils to go with, & of course, I had to get another bottle of some juice. (Also recommended but a new favorite!) if you're thinking about dropping cigarettes or already enjoy vaping, pay this place a visit. The staff member was extremely patient and full of knowledge when it came to educating and instructing my friend on how to use her newly purchased vape. Vape Daze had many of the same basic things that you would find at the other countless shops. I did appreciate that I was able to view a variety of the cigars and hookah pipes as a potential present for someone. The staff member even offered to check out my boyfriends leaky pipe that he purchased from another store to determine why it was leaking. The shop was very spacious so you won't find yourself feeling like you're on-top of each other when the shop gets busy. There was roughly 8 to 10 people in the shop and because of the total size of the shop I completely forgot there was another group in the shop with us. I purchased a puffco vaporizer pen and after a few months the…read morebattery was not lasting as long this is expected with time/use however when I went to buy a battery charger and extra battery from here to swap them out and keep one charging. I ask him if they sell puffco batteries cause I want the same battery. The guy behind the counter takes the pen and starts trying different batteries on it and hits the button to heat up then says those wont work and they dont sell puffco official batteries. I get home use the charger to charge battery then go to use pen and light comes on but no heat. I go back and tell them it stopped working after this and he proceeds to blame me saying the chamber is clogged and got burnt out cause I dont clean it. I clean it regularly and only reason it had residue is cause it stopped working and they try to sell me another one instead of taking the $20 hit and keeping loyal customer. Oh well.

They must have 20 types of Rizzlas...And they have the prettiest glass to But I prefer smoking my tobacco from the greek in paper rather than a pipe. They've got some hooka's that I'm going to price shop compared to some neighborhood ethnic stores(andersonville, devon ave) and after the Yelp Hookah dinner - maybe we'll all go shop together!
