This is an amazing service for special needs but even now in covid times if you don't want to go to someplace else to get your blood drawn this is a wonderful option. $130 for our location.. well worth it.

This the cleanest, nicest urgent care I have visited in Metro Detroit. You can book your timeslot…read moreonline and fill out paperwork / submit insurance card in advance so when you arrive you are ready to be seen. The two times I have visited it was not busy, everyone was masked and they brought me / us into the exam room right away. All the staff was very friendly and I was impressed with Dr Kahrs who took her time listening, running diagnostics, x Ray images and then diagnosis (broken ankle) with recommendations. Our prescriptions were promptly sent over to the pharmacy and notes were given for follow up care. Overall I felt just as comfortable as if I visiting my family doctor after hours, rather than the stress of an ER and have recommended them to multiple friends during flu season.

They hung up on me a total of 15 times in the matter of a week, and today I finally had ENOUGH and sat in the office and refused to leave until they sent my CT results to my doctor. Please, save yourself and your health, and choose somewhere else. Your life might depend on it. These guys do not care about you, or your heath. And you deserve better. Actually, you guys should try calling right now and see if they answer their phones... I bet they won't... I've attached my call log with Northland. Pretty disappointing.
