Let me tell you something--don't go anywhere else if you need your computer repair. Chad will do it all. I rarely write reviews on Yelp but am so thoroughly impressed with Chad's work ethic and professionalism, I felt compelled. Not only did Chad pick up my computer, he provided me with a loaner computer for two entire weeks while he worked on mine (and waited for a part he ordered). Unfortunately, my computer was broken beyond repair, so what did Chad do? He offered to set up my new computer free of charge! Wow - didn't think I could be so excited to write a review for computer repair! This was the experience I'd ever had with tech/repair given incredible convenience (pickup and dropoff is a game changer! no waiting in line!), rapid turnaround, complete fix of my issue, and great cost. I was working on a work deadline on a Friday afternoon and all of a sudden my computer died. I was panicking, calling around to Ubreakifix, Geek Squad, Tek Ease, and hearing I could get in for an appointment on Saturday, and expect a baseline cost of $150 + 5-7 days for parts, if it was the battery that had died as I thought. I called Genius while I was waiting to hear back from other places, and 20 minutes later Chad was at my house to pickup my laptop. By 9am the next morning (a Saturday) he informed me he'd been able to fix it relatively easily and would only charge the diagnostic fee, and have it back to me within the hour. SO EASY. My computer works like a charm, and I'll be going back to Chad for any future issues! read more
