The people working at the restaurant were gracious and speedy with the service (it's a family business which is always good to see). Serving Expired Dairy to Toddlers: They served my grandbaby white milk that tasted completely spoiled and bad. When we initially asked to send it back, the staff actually refused. I had to demand to see a manager just to get them to take spoiled milk away from a child. Atrecious Customer Service: When the chef threw noodles on the grill, I immediately asked if I could have rice instead. I was told, "I can't do that, it's already on the grill." Zero flexibility, zero effort to accommodate a simple request. Forced Gratuity for Terrible Service: To top it all off, the manager insisted on charging me a $20 gratuity for this nightmare. I have absolutely no problem paying for good food and good service, but forcing a tip for horrific food that literally makes people sick and combative service is shameful. With the Monroeville Mall struggling, it feels like this management team has completely given up because they know their days might be numbered.
