I went to this office for a regular cleaning, and they told me they could not do a standard cleaning because I supposedly needed a deep cleaning. They refused to do the regular cleaning. My husband went the very next day, and the exact same thing happened to him. It feels unacceptable to treat patients this way. We also took our daughters to the kids' dentist next door, and everything used to be fine until they changed doctors. The customer service noticeably declined after that. They referred my eight year old to their in house orthodontist even though she still has several baby teeth. They recommended a bracket spacer so her teeth would "come out," even though she did not need it. They took our payment immediately, but the service was incredibly slow every visit. The bracket kept falling off, and I had to bring her back multiple times. One of the techs even scolded her for it falling off, which was completely inappropriate. I told him not to blame her because the issue was clearly with how they were placing it. On one of the many visits to fix it, we waited an hour and a half, and that was when I knew we were done. When we finally told them that we no longer wanted to continue treatment, they simply said "okay, no worries" and sent us off without any concern. There was no attempt to understand the issue or keep us as customers, which says a lot. I ended up taking her to another provider who confirmed she did not need the spacer at all and simply needs time for her teeth to come out naturally. I scheduled an appointment on March 8th for March 18th for myself and my wife. Moved my schedule around to allocate time for this appointment. And 45 minutes before I am scheduled to arrive I get a call saying they need to reschedule due to it not being scheduled as a new patient. I get it, I'll take blame for not putting new patient but why wait until 45 minutes until my appointment to let me know this? Someone doesn't verify these appointments when they're scheduled or at least a day or two before? They'll text and check to make sure insurance is there so they get paid, but they don't check and verify appointment times? Stay away from businesses like this please. read more

Repeatedly told the dentist and benefits coordinator I only wanted the regular cleaning covered by insurance and got excuses and threats about not covering future services under my insurance. Tried to push needless cancer screening and tooth planing when I have no cavities, or gum disease. Totally unethical to treat your patients like an ATM. Should be ashamed. If you go, prepare for pain. Routine cleaning and they left my gums bleeding and swollen. read more

Like another reviewer said, I also had to get a crown replaced that this office did. I had a tooth crack so Dr Sitters put a crown on it 4 years ago and now the crown broke and I had to have a root canal elsewhere because of it. I just had to spend $2,300 for a root canal and a new crown because the original crown was poorly done. read more

I had a tooth extraction done and the quality and customer service here by Gabby and Dr. Erice is TOP NOTCH! I was in and out in a very decent time even though my tooth was a bit stubborn. They were both very helpful and caring, I'm 6 months pregnant and Gabby made sure my X-rays were taken very carefully! Making sure I was doing okay every step of the way. Both Gabby and Dr. Erice kept asking if I was doing okay making sure not to put any extra strain on baby. Not to mention how fast they both replied to any questions I had during my recovery time. I was really hoping to make this my new dentist office but that's not going to happen. I had cleanings scheduled for my kids just before the end of the year, which were cancelled a couple weeks in advance by them because the dentist was going to be out. Either they screwed up with scheduling, or the dentist decided to take time off for the holidays. Either way, it was their fault. You would think that they would work with me and try to reschedule me before the end of the year, wrong. They made no effort in trying to reschedule, or to allow us to come in, here and there, as walk-ins because of the inconvenience. The receptionist could care less. The receptionist's behavior, and the fact that the dentist would cancel our appointments and not try to make it right are they reasons why I'll be finding a new dentist for my family and I. Also, beware of all the upselling they do during your visit, e.g., medicated mouth wash, night guard, oral cancer screening with some black light, and the fluoride ‍. read more

I truly haven't been happier with a Dentist since my childhood Dentist. When I woke up on a Saturday morning in pain and with a swollen face, I took my chances and phoned Spring Klein Dentistry, even though I was a new patient and had never been seen there. It didn't matter, Hannah said I could come right in. Dr. Patel and her staff took immediate and excellent care of me. They were kind, caring, patient, warm and I couldn't be more grateful. Not pleased with this office whatsoever anymore. Since Vee has left & I no longer see Dr. Patel, things have went down hill. They have cancelled on me twice this year the day before/day of my surgeries. I take off of work for these and all they can say is "sorry". Surgery isn't something small like a teeth cleaning so to cancel the day before is very unacceptable. People plan for these types of things. Also--I am driving an hour away because I am a loyal customer but clearly that means nothing because I wasn't even offered to get me in next day or anything. Just straight up cancelled. Also they keep calling me Mrs. Johnson & my last name is JACKSON. This is not the dentist office it used to be before the pandemic. HARD PASS. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Absolutely would recommend to anyone! I had a chipped tooth which ended up needing a root canal. I called on a Thursday and they got me in on Friday to start the process, root canal happened Monday. Quick, easy and painless. Dr. Erice was wonderful and friendly as was her dental assistant. Dr. Pushpala who did the root canal was great too. Overall a very nice experience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Do not go to this provider. In my opinion, the dentist is incompetent. No help with the insurance process and would not tell you how much anything cost. My daughter was in pain and they left her with untreated cavities. I was also told over the phone that my husband could go back with my daughter, but that was a lie. When he got there he was told he had to wait in the lobby, so my daughter (7 yrs old) had to go back to see a dentist she had never seen before by herself and scared. read more

The environment is very uplifting and both my hygienist and dentist are great at walking me through with any questions or concerns. I have been searching for a dentist in Spring and to say I have high standards when it comes to choosing a dental office is an understatement! After testing 5 different offices in the area I am so thankful that I finally found Spring Klein Dentistry! The office was clean, the staff professional, detail-oriented, friendly and very organized! The office is brand new and it's in a really convenient location. They have a completely separate area for kids that is fun and inviting. The best part is that my kids can see Spring Klein's Pedodontis and because they are in network with my insurance I am not paying an arm and a leg for their treatment like I was at the very popular kids dentist down the street. Now my whole family can go to the same office! The staff makes the all-too-cringeworthy dentist appointment actually kind of enjoyable! Where do I start? I have been looking for a great pediatric dentistry the longest! Have gone to some popular to some private dentist offices. This place has been by far the best, great customer service I have ever gotten from a dentistry office. Usually you either have the great customer staff in the front and then you get the crappy dentist that just cleans your child teeth and on to the next patient. No friendship nor any conversations with them. This place has been so welcoming, and accommodating from the beginning of the phone appointment. I called mid week and gave me an availability on a friday of the same week. At first I was going to just do my oldest and week after take my next one, but as soon I got there they noticed I had all 3 boys with me, Diana the front staff asked if I wanted the other boys to be seen. That was by far a great customer service right there to fit them in all in one day. Annual check was great, oldest has bad gag reflux so the dentist was awesome, he was patient from the beginning to the end. Dr Jack McAninch he is a pediatric dentist for the office, he was awesome! So great with kids, and usually my middle child would be screaming and hollering but he did great during his cleaning. My oldest had some work to be done and guess what was even great they put him in few days in later and on top got a consultation with the Orthodontist Dr Yang. Both great!! If you are looking for a great pediatric dentistry this is the place you really want to try out! You won't be disappointed. Really regret trusting them to do several procedures. I wasn't having any issues and had a cleaning at another dentist a couple of months before. Then all of a sudden I have multiple cavities. My cleaning routine had not changed so it was really weird and suspicious. Reluctantly I decided to just get the filings and inlay. Now I have severe pain after getting an inlay and can't even eat on that side anymore. Won't return. read more

It's my husband's first time coming to this dental office. He is a new patient and I made the appointment for him about 2 weeks ago. He was earlier than his appointment time because he did not do his paperwork online for new patients. I did not expect him coming home so soon. I asked what happened?...He said he waited 10 minutes for front desk person to show up. There was another guy waiting. Two staff came out and one of them said to the other guy about wearing face masks. He said I was here 3 months ago and did not need to wear face masks. One lady said, it's the law to wear face masks, and she said other things that made my husband leave their office. He told me that it is not about requiring face masks inside their office that made him leave, it's the way it was said, "she was rude". He added, "the other guy and I just walked out from there". I thought hmmm, maybe they need to train front desk staff on how to convey these requirements in a non-offensive way, especially to new patients? Perhaps they need to change the tone so they don't lose more customers/patients in the future. Just expressing my thoughts. It is unfortunate, it was not a good first impression from my husband. read more
