The hygienist I had was welcoming, kind, and efficient. Gentle: No pain during my cleaning or exam (this has happened before, so I am really aware of it). They also took care with my TMJ, and for once after a dental appointment, I didn't walk away in pain. Dentist: He was also kind, efficient, and smart! I really liked him! Parking: Right there in a public lot, perhaps 20 steps max to the door. I didn't see a handicap spot; perhaps it was around the corner where there could be a curb cut? This office building off West Main has many businesses within. There is another business that shares the main outside door. We love this place so much we switched dentists for our entire family to this practice.

Today I had to make a special stop on Monday for a make up appointment. On Mon, We'd, and Friday you can have the most incredible snuggly pug named Clark sit on your lap during your appointment and offer comfort. In fact I don't even need them to be a dentist anymore. If I could sit in the chair, listen to an playlist, sucking gas and petting this puppers it might be as close to heaven as you can find in this bleak and fading world. In short, her way or the highway. On May 27th, during my regular cleaning services, a small cavity was found by the hygienist and later confirmed after a full mouth X-ray evaluation. Before the X-ray, I was assured that the procedure was necessary and fully covered by my dental insurance. I asked about that not once by twice to make sure my understanding was correct. A surprise came when I was presented with a bill and additional payments. It turned out that four different X-ray pictures were taken but only two were fully covered. A greater surprise came when I wanted to scheduled an appointment to get a needed filing for the tooth with cavity. I was informed that I must take a panoramic X-ray, required every 3 years (?) and pay for that in full before I could get any new service, including the now very much needed filling. There was no way to negotiate to get the filling now and, possibly, the panoramic X-ray before my new October scheduled cleaning. I was denided that which I find very unethical, unprofessional and very wrong. I have to quickly find a new dentist to get very much needed filling now when my cavity keeps deteriorating.

I made it so far out because that is the first appointment they had available for simple fillings.. I live an hour from town and drove 45 mins to my 7:30 appointment and at 7:14 I got a call that no dentist was in the office today and I would need to reschedule . Every appointment that I've had there so far has been moved times at least once. One appointment was moved by 2.5 hours and no one called to let me know. I had someone cover for me at work today so I could go to this appointment and I had asked someone to cover for me during the time I'd be at the dentist was she was expecting me to be back before my new appointment even started . They have no thought about people's time .. I could see this happening once because things happen but it's every time and every appointment.
