A DENTIST & TEAM THAT CARES!!…read more I usually HATE going to the dentist, I've walked away from many dental offices feeling like no matter what I do to take care of my teeth nothing is good enough, or I get referred to a super expensive specialist, and if not I have to pay super expensive bills for being uncomfortable and anxious for an hour or two. That being said I have NEVER had such an amazing experience and have never been so comfortable during the whole process! Even when I voiced that I was getting nervous my dentist stopped everything and talked me through the options and made me feel comfortable and confident in the plans moving forward. I felt like a person that was getting help from a professional and not the usual distant non personal experiences. I cannot say enough good things about Bass Lake Dental, everyone was kind and helpful and was there to help you feel confident and comfortable the whole time. I've found my forever dentist here and I hope you do to!

Please do not go to Arbor Lakes Dental if you are not ready to pay extra cost out of pocket. I gave…read morethe dental hygienist a good review because she did a good job and she deserves it. They will split your appointment into two talking about deep cleaning, take you to the front office to check with the insurance. The front office staff will print out a statement showing you that insurance covers both services, and you get to pay for anesthetic which is $10. The day I went for the second cleaning I had to wait for a long time because of technical difficulties. I got done and I could not pay the $10 and the lady said they would call me the next day. The following day, a call came in right at the time when they were to about to close, and a statement had been sent of $200 plus. I called and somebody stated they had closed, I asked why the statement was sent after close time if she had nobody to answer my questions, she told me to pay tthe $10 then would have billing look into it. She explained that they call insurance, but they do not know what will be covered. First of all when they sat down with me on the initial visit and informed me that insurance would cover everything that was a LIE. The staff on the line said, I should wait for the claim to come back, and they do not know the timeline, alternatively I could just pay the statement balance $200 plus, they lied to me, falsified information and just wanted it paid, this is like STEALING from people. The only resolution being offered was, I am sorry. They know very well that if you do not pay, after a certain time you will be taken to collections, spoil your credit and still get paid. This is very unfair to people and I think most people do not even check how much they are being told to pay and they just charge the card, and continue falsfying information. Save yourself the headache and get a genuine, trustworthy place.

She is the most down to earth medical professional that I've met! She really takes her time getting to know her patients on a personal level, which is nice. Regarding the service, she always makes sure that you're comfortable and doesn't force you into any procedures that you don't want/need. All of the staff at this office are great! They're all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's so fun to hear the staff laughing and having fun while you're there; it's clear that they like each other and doing their job as a team. Going to Jamie is like visiting friends! I've recommended several people to Jamie because of my great experience with Jamie and her wonderful team!

**Above and beyond during an emergency visit**…read more My son was sent to AOMS for an unexpected emergency visit after his regular dentist accidentally punctured the roof of his mouth while unsuccessfully trying to remove a back molar. From the moment we arrived, every person we interacted with was fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. They got us in quickly, examined the puncture, and clearly explained what they were seeing and what needed to be done next. They not only successfully removed the back molar, but also found and removed small shard fragments left behind in another extraction site from the earlier appointment. Throughout the whole process they were patient, kind, and very reassuring with both me and my son, checking in on his comfort level and walking us through each step so there were no surprises. What impressed me most was how they made a stressful, last‑minute emergency visit feel smooth and organized, almost as if it had been planned in advance. Their calm, confident approach put us both at ease, and I left feeling genuinely grateful that my son's care was in their hands. I would highly recommend AOMS to anyone needing oral surgery, especially in an urgent or unexpected situation. Thank you, Dr. Huss & amazing staff

After they visit my bill was carefully explained to me which I appreciated. In the chair I was treated like a long term patient (this was my first visit) as they prepared for the surgery. I had opted for Novocain and what amazed me was I barely felt the shots as they went in to my gums, and I hate needles. The surgeon then proceeded to extract the teeth and did so with care, always checking in with me to see how I was doing. Thee was even a moment when we had to stop so I could be numbed a bit more. I appreciated being told what was going to be done and the explaining what was happening as we went on. In my opinion, this is definitely a quality practice.
