She listened to everything I wanted, which was more of a soft glam and made sure to ask me good questions to gauge what my skin was like on a day-to-day basis. She made the whole process so easy, from the bridal trial to the big day, Aubrie maintained excellent communication with me and was always very thorough. During the bridal trial, she made sure to take note of what worked and what she would do different. I have very oily skin so she made sure to come prepared with products that would last all day outdoors. The day of the wedding, she stayed hyping me up and was so patient and calm as the chaos of the wedding day was beginning to set in. The service felt amateurish and inadequate: minimal effort beyond basic cotton-pad cleansing, no real massage or care, only one warm cloth at the very end, followed by being left alone on the table for a long time. Having had many facials, this was by far the most disappointing and unprofessional. Save your money--skip the Groupon here. Proper customer service, communication, passion, and trust-building are essential for a great experience, and none were present. I seen the work on my friend and had to have them for myself. I called and made my appointment. Thuy was very professional and kind on the phone. The salon was very clean and the decor is very pretty. Thuy was very gentle and detailed. You can tell she really takes pride in her workmanship and made sure my brows were perfect. The strokes are very nice, detailed and most importantly even! I had a few procedures done at other salons in the past and you can tell they're all about the money.
