She works independently about 3-4 massages per day. Room was warm and the linens clean. Opted for 90 minute massage for $60. Did not have bathroom in suite, but down the hall. Do not remember for sure if she had a handwash station either, but I do not think so. Asked for a deep tissue massage with attention to my sore shoulder. She never really got more than medium pressure, and was more light to medium, with use of forearms quite a bit. She is a talker, with her favorite expression being, "what the hell!" which she said about once every minute. Overall a somewhat relaxing session in a private room with an average massage. Will not repeat. I prefer a more deep massage and one who listens and adjusts massage as client leads.

We were told to undress and we chose to keep our underwear on. As I was laying on my table, I could feel the other massage therapists repeatedly brushing against my arm because there was so little space for them to work and it was very distracting. On top of that, the music is very low and the rooms have a few inches of open space between them at the top of the partition walls and we could hear the man in the next room very loudly enjoying his massage (if that's all that was going down..) which again, was very distracting. My masseuse asked me if I had any problem areas and I told her I'd like to focus on my shoulders and neck, as I carry a lot of my stress there and that part went fine. It wasn't until she started massaging my lower back that I really questioned what kind of establishment this is. Firstly, she straddled my legs to massage my butt and literally pulled cheeks out of my underwear which made me feel very uncomfy and lingered there for quite some time. I was too embarrassed to look over at my fiance but he told me afterwards that his masseuse straddled the back of his head to massage his lower back and was folding him up like a pretzel and also massaged VERY close to his private bits. Mid session, they both stopped the service to push/pull his massage table a few inches. Again, distracting. They also used the hot stones on our backs which were scalding hot and that didn't feel great until probably 1-2 minutes after they cooled. After the massages were done, my fiance went to pay and when he applied the tip, his masseuse made a show of looking, making a disgusted/insulted face and saying "For both?". He left a 20% tip which is honestly more than I would have tipped for the service we received and he said "Yes. $190 is 20%." to which she smiled and said "$200 is better." Once in the room, they asked us to completely undress and lay down. Throughout the massage, you're covered with a large towel that they adjust to keep you covered at all times. The massage followed a full-body routine: starting with the back, then lower back, glutes, legs, and arms. They stepped out briefly to get a hot towel to wipe us down, then had us flip over. On the front side, they did a face massage with serum, along with head, neck, and shoulder massage, and then arms and legs again. Our session was exactly 60 minutes--no more, no less. Everything felt professional the entire time. Neither my husband nor I felt uncomfortable at any point. After the massage, they left the room to give us time to get dressed, which we appreciated. I had read reviews beforehand and knew they expect a tip. We gave $20 total, and one of them asked, "For two people?" My husband said yes.
