He couldn't guarantee it because it had to be sent out, but he came through. I was so pleased with the service that I returned this year when I decided it was time for new glasses. He was very patient with me and helped me select the right frames. I love them! They were ready quickly and the price was very reasonable as well. Unfortunately, the eyeglass prescription I received was dated to expire on the very same day of my appointment. This basically made the prescription unusable. Maybe it was a mistake or oversight. Given the comments from the optometrist, however, I am given to feel that it may have been intentional. Whatever her personal feelings, I do not feel that I got what I paid for. It also seems to speak of a shortfall in professionalism, as this was her work product.
