Gentleman in the pony tail who helped me was very patient with my requests to try on a variety of shapes, and my lenses were ready earlier than expected. First, he told me to wait in one of the exam rooms, but a minute later said he made a mistake and wanted me back in the waiting area. Then right after, he called me back into the same room for a "vision range" test. When I sat down, he slammed the plastic eye cover onto my glasses and told me to read the numbers on the screen in a really aggressive way. He kept forcing the cover onto my face, which felt rough and made me uncomfortable. I'm very near-sighted (-7.00 in both eyes) and was struggling to read the screen since my glasses prescription isn't perfect (I usually wear contacts). Instead of being patient or helpful, he just kept shoving the eye cover in my face and telling me to "just read it," even though I told him I couldn't see that far. As a patient for over 4 years, I really hope the management takes into consideration how their staff treats patients, and this kind of behavior isn't acceptable.
