But they reassured and assessed my skin when I had concerns. Krystal and Laura have been very helpful and professional throughout. I have pitting scars and know it's one of the hardest scars to get rid of. I've done a total of 4 sessions and I do get it now that it's more of a marathon than a sprint. I'm not where I want with the results, but I do see after the 4th session that the depth of the pitting are getting filled, and some areas are minimized. When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
