Let me begin by stating that I do not write Yelp reviews but I must share my personal experience with RN Katelyn who appears to be reopening her SPA and renaming it to Pore Decisions. I cannot give a 0 given 1 star is the minimum but it is definitely a 0 out of 5. How does a professional lack integrity and professionalism without any accountability or remorse to the community she serves? It appears Katelyn has renamed her SPA without reaching out to honor the thousands of dollars she owes to those of us who attended her grand opening last year. Katelyn's professionalism and her commitment on her website contradict exactly the opposite of what her statement currently reads, "I am committed to always remaining honest in everything I say and do...I strive to establish long-term relationships with every single one of my clients..." Shortly after the opening of the original SPA (about a year ago), several of us were excited to support her and purchased Medical Spa packages. To this day, Katelyn has not contacted nor honored her promise to refund the packages worth a minimum of over three thousand dollars. I boldly asked Katelyn if it was safe for me to buy RF packages given the SPA was new. Katelyn responded that she was offended and she intended to serve the community for a very long time because she owned the coffee shop next door to the spa. Well, shortly after the SPA was closed, and without any warning Katelyn went MIA. I attempted to leave her messages on her cell phone but she did not respond. Months later, she randomly called and stated that she was reducing her staff due to her facility not passing "inspection" and she would reach out when the spa was ready to open again. She also stated that she would honor a "credit" or apply a "discount" of $100.00 (really?) Today is January 16, 2025, and not an email, text, or phone call from Katelyn offering to honor the packages, refund the money, or at the very least apologize for her MIA approach "to building long-lasting relationships." Katelyn's actions are a testament to her character and I am beyond disappointed. I also noticed that her reviews are from October 2023 or before so they are not recent whatsoever!
