I heard about them because someone mentioned that she got serviced by injector Jessica on TikTok. I made an appointment for a consultation. To me, it looked like a cheap space that they were renting. It didn't really look like they put much money into the aesthetic of the location. They have like this cheap wallpaper on the wall and it just looks rundown. They had someone that they were servicing prior to me. When she walked out they had me come in right after her they didn't clean or wipe down the chairs at all. Then I booked an appointment three weeks out for lip filler and the day prior. I get not even a phone call but a text message saying that they're gonna have to reschedule my appointment. I called two times since that text message and they haven't returned any of my calls or answered the phone. The $50 deposit that was supposed to go to the consultation somehow turned into $100 deposit which I'm now gonna have to contact my bank to charge back. I don't believe that their reviews are real it doesn't seem too clean. I wouldn't waste my time better off going to Walnut Creek or somewhere else. read more

Came on Sunday to schedule an apt in person and came in today for lip filler. Had a great experience, everybody was super sweet, and Jasmine did an amazing job with my lips ! She was super nice and informative. She talked me through the whole thing and gave me warnings on when she would inject me and if it was a more sensitive spot to allow me to take a deep breath. There's a choice to do a payment plan (you have to apply and get approved for it first) which I did, I paid half today then the next next month which was honestly pretty helpful so its easier with my monthly bills. I recently gave this incredible med spa a visit for a B12 injection because I remembered how painless it was when I tried it during an event they held at Barry's Bootcamp a couple months back. My nurse, Jackie, was super informative and had the softest touch when it came to providing the injection. She recommended I take it in my glutes as it is more painless than receiving it in my arm. I didn't even know she had injected me until she told me she was done. I also love that this medical spa is women owned & run (by the sweetest and most welcoming women).
