He also was very understanding of my travel schedule for work. He pushed me hard and kept me motivated (which is hard to do with me). I enjoyed the way Kip would keep some pattern to my workouts so I could see my results, but I also liked how he kept things changing from time to time to keep it fresh. He has a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom to help you achieve a body you never thought you could achieve and you likely won't on your own. I'm happy to report that I completed 3 triathlons that year and achieved a greater sense of personal confidence in my body where I cared more about feeling strong and fit then the number on my scale. Matt (Mannick, DPT), my therapist consistently combined clinical skill with a calm encouraging manner. My concerns of being a 77y female who was minimally to moderately active were concerns of being treated as 'old' were immediately removed. The programs Matt designed were respectfully age-related still challenging strength, balance and endurance so I could safely continue doing the exercises at home. My presenting symptom ( sciatic pain) was treated swiftly allowing me to continue my activities without pain. And additionally he got my frequent sense of humor comments. My experience is with the Frederick location. However, want to say the population in Hagerstown and surrounding area are fortunate to have Matt available to you at the Willamsport location.

With that original call I was immediately scheduled for at least a month, maybe two. When I arrive for my schedule appointments the front line staff checks me in quickly and notifies my therapist. Pretty soon after, my therapist comes to get me and we begin. Zach, is my therapist and I'm very grateful to have him. From the start, Zach was very personable. He makes me feel comfortable and always has a great plan of action. When I started at R2P I could barely drive my car and I definitely couldn't walk up stairs. Now, I can drive my car for hours at a time and I'm almost back to walking up stairs normally. Zach has a very good treatment plan for me. He makes me put in the work but I never over do it. At the beginning of the session I don't think I'm going to make it through but at the end I feel really good and I feel like I accomplished something. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend R2P to anyone trying to get back to regular activities or to any sport.

I have been training at Key Pilates consistently for 7 weeks (2x a week) and I don't know how I lived this long without it. It has definitely helped improve the way that I move, walk, and run. With each class, I feel my core and glutes getting stronger, and my body becoming more flexible. I could go on and on. The atmosphere is welcoming. The vibe is fun. Lauren and Tony are so supportive and super knowledgeable. The work is challenging and beyond rewarding. I really don't know what else you could ask for in a Pilates studio.

Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

I feel very confident saying that there is not a single OTF owner anywhere else in the world as engaged or passionate as Scott. He takes class regularly, is always at the door to greet members (and knows me by name already), and holds mini games and contests to keep things fun. When OTF has promotions or special days, Scott takes it to the next level, and it makes it really fun to come work out here. The front desk staff is amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always positive. Coaches are great, and of course, it's always a great workout. I really feel like Scott has created an incredible gym culture, and I think everyone should come give it a try!
