I don't need a laundromat very often but it's nice to have one nearby in case of an emergency or if I have really large stuff to wash. It might be missing the models and the open bar but it's a really nice facility! Arriving- It's on US 27 South with a nice big parking lot. It's very close to the DDs if you need a caffeine and/or sugar fix. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door. Lots of fast food within sight if that's what you're craving. Ambience- It's brand spanking new so everything is spotless. There are numerous washers and dryers in many different sizes. A normal load takes 35 minutes and can be dried in 20 minutes. That's fast! Customer Service- A very nice attendant showed me around and answered all my questions. Cost- Right now they are cash only. Of course, there are machines to give you change. Coming soon are charge cards and even pay by phone. A wash and dry in regular sized machines will cost you $5-$6. The bigger machines will cost you more as they should. Conclusion- This is now the best, most versatile laundromat in the area, and it has AC! It may not have lingerie models as attendants and an open bar but it's still a great place to get your laundry done!

This is a brushless operation with high pressure only (Touchless) which lots of folks prefer. I tried the $9 (Works) wash and was very very pleased. There are also two, do-it-yourself bays. I meet up with friends there and quaff a beverage or two or three. 90 minutes later the owner of AAA showed up with my keys. My beautifully finished car is parked outside waiting for me! $40 + tip and my car was spotless inside and out! Note that the price depends on the size of the vehicle. There's a bunch of stuff that's fairly technical. So, if the person you're talking to doesn't have the knowledge, they'll quickly get the person who does. Products- I call the Toy Store Level #1. All the little stuff you seem to need like trash containers, sun blockers, seat covers etc. On my last visit I purchased a perfect, cushioned, steering wheel cover! See my pic. Level #2- Customized sound systems. Folks into that stuff will drool here with professional installation readily available. Level #3- Pickup truck customization. - 10 Star Steller service! -…read more Sooo, I'm in my MickyD's parking lot sipping on my 99-cent breakfast Iced Coffee and my car battery died! As this is a PG rated review, "Oh crap!" I needed a new battery. Customer Service- I called these fine folks, and a very nice employee told me that the owner Matt would be there to help me within 15 minutes! That's right, the owner of a business that's been in operation since 1958 was coming to help! He showed up in less than 15 minutes, jumped my car within seconds, and explained where and how to park my car at his place. Very efficient staff checked me in and took my keys. Ambience- I plunked myself down in a comfortable chair and noticed the very nice couch and flat-screen tv. Within minutes Matt came out and quoted a fair price and said it would be done quickly. Rest Rooms- At one point I headed for the restrooms and laughed out loud and the sign on each door! See my picture. Now I know why the men's room was eat-off-the-floor spotless! I didn't check the lady's room as I didn't want to deal with the screaming that would ensue! Wait Time- In less than 45 minutes my name was called, and I was out the door. That is nothing less than spectacular! My tire pressure light had lit up recently and I noticed that they took care of it without asking. Nice! Walked in with one gentleman at the counter and 3 people behind the counter. Stood there for a couple minutes and the lady asked if I had an appointment, I said no I was hoping to make one and she turned away and went to her computer. I was taken back. Customer sneezed and everyone said bless you and I said "sorry, I don't have the credentials." (Got a laugh from everyone) Stood there another 5 minutes after the only other customer went to sit down. Then I went and sat down. More people came in and I started openly asking who their best competitor is as I've been here for 15 minutes and haven't been helped. Scared me that no one had any recommendations. Then lo and behold I was pointed at and called on. Felt like the price is right and ran to the counter. Asked them who their competitors were as I'm not sure I have confidence that this is the right place for me. They all looked and the lady looked at me and said I didn't know you needed to make an appointment and I said yeah. When you asked I said "no I don't have one but would like to make one" and you walked away. Great costumer service. She was apologetic. But the first impression and confirmation from what my buddy experienced was done. I chose a tire and set up an appointment for an alignment and rotate of tires. But I'm scared if their workmanship is twice as good as their front office staff I would be lucky to have 30% of the lug nuts even on the vehicle when I pick it up. What would you do? I really want to use a local small business. But wow, just wow. I expect this kind of treatment from Firestone or discount tire. Not a locally owned business. And people wonder why local businesses fail.

Atmosphere- First impressions were not that great as you can see from my pic. Ditto the inside. This appears to be a very old building. Customer Service- Just fine thank you! I was approached instantly, and my car was brought in. Implementation- Yup, the tire couldn't be repaired but they had a replacement. Bim bam boom, in less than an hour I was done at a very fair price! I'm going with four stars instead of five, only because the condition of the building is going to scare some folks away and that a shame!
