I find this terribly misleading for patients that there is no doctor there. So I made a same day appointment and checked in on time. Forty minutes later I was still not seen with no explanation until I asked. People who came in after me were seen before me. Again no explanation. Finally when I started asking questions I was told that they were backed up and that there was only one person seeing patients. After further questions I learned that there was no doctor. I left.
