Called GeoPest a few months back. Eli came out right when he said he would. Dressed professional, well spoken and VERY knowledgeable. He took a look at my ant issue and suggested a monthly service. Eli at Geopest is awesome. He was able to come over the day after I contacted him. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I had an infestation of ants but have pets in the house. Great service at reasonable prices. Switched from Dewey Pest Control to Geopest and have been glad ever since. Eli, the owner, is personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eli with Geopest. I relied on Yelp to find him and after reading lots of bad reviews of some big companies, I was happy to find a small business with great reviews to patronize. We were having an ant issue, as many people in the area are having right now. We tried to take care of it ourselves but it didn't work and it was time to call in a pro. I called him and left a message and he called back the same day. He scheduled the visit ASAP and was on time. He explained everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like my ant situation was being handled by a pest control professional, not just some guy working for a big franchise who might as well be doing any other job. First class company. Eli called me right back after I left a message about my spider infestation. He made room in his schedule to come out the following day during my lunch break. He knocked down cobwebs, showed me the different types of spiders that had infested all four sides of my house. I had wolf spiders, brown widows and some common spiders. Even showed me one of the brown widows and their webs and how to spot it. He explained what would happen if anyone in our family got bitten. He explained how he formulated the correct spray for spiders versus for ants. Other have said that Eli is awesome. That is an understatement. I left a message on his phone and he returned my call almost immediately. I explained that I was having an ant problem. While ants were common in August, this was the worst I can remember. We set up an appointment. Not only did he show up on time, he was 10 minutes early. Wow! Eli is very personable, gave my dog some 'loving' and we chatted for a few minutes before getting down to business. He explained what he planned, looked around, saw the problem at hand and went to work. He told me if I saw even one ant within the next few days to give him a call and he'd come right back.
