He lacks decency and integrity when dealing with customers who are displeased with his work. I needed new heel caps. That fool put a light beige caps on a burnt umber shade shoe and said that was the original color. He became combative to prove an out right lie. I didn't back down we continue our exchange of words as he furiously went to the back babbling. From behind the wall he asked me am I going to continue speaking. I didn't answer and that made him extremely angry. He asked me if I was going to answer his question. I asked him did he want me to be silent or answer him. That fool could not answer and shut his mouth. He heard another customer entering the shop. The customer ask me how my day was going. I said my fine until I came here. That sour man ran from the back with my properly repaired shoes and a complete change of attitude. I guess he wanted to intervene before I could give the other customer an ear full. Here's the shoes after he change the heel cap. Would you put a light beige heel cap on these?
