I've passed this shop many times before and missed it. It's located on Harlem but it's very easy to miss. The owner Loui greets me immediately when I enter........very friendly....... Took a pair of gently worn low top Black Jordan 11 for sole whitening and an old Jordan 10 the needed the sole glued back on. The sole whiting looked close to new and the resoling was great. It's like a new shoe......Now I need the other shoe resoled too.....I was more than please. I think he's a one man operation, so my suggestion is to be patient..............Depending on what you're getting done, it might take extra time.......I was patient, he even gave me a discount because it took extra time...Communication was excellent. Dropped off some beat-up kicks on Tuesday evening and the owner, Louie gave them new life. I was able to pick them up on a Friday. Yes, he did a great job cleaning my shoes but what I think the best thing about this spot is, is the customer service... Super nice dude. Also has a nice collection of sneakers for sale as well. Horrible!! Dropped off multiple pairs of shoes for repairs. At drop off o was told the shoes were in great condition and really didn't need cleaning. We went over all the touch ups and upholstery repairs. I was told the work would take a week. 2 weeks later I text to check status, and I'm told they were done. I text the day before to confirm, and again the morning of. I texted to notify i was on my way. They are ready. I get there, NOTHING was done, then the guy has the nerve to tell me I should have called. I'm like I've been texting you. Oh that's my employee????? Then it told some BS story how the repairs I asked for were just going to be favors??? I didn't ask for favors, I came to you for a service and paid for it. Total joke. Stay away!!! In response to the owners response. I wasn't looking for a hook up. The shoes were taken to you specifically for the repairs, not for cleaning. I called to check status once, then followed up a week later and was told the shoes were done. Hook up??? Please ! I paid what you quoted me plus an extra $30. It's just obvious your in waaayy over your head and can't keep up with anything aside from sneaker cleaning. Took the shoes straight to OPC kicks and got them professionally taken care of. This guys only good for mediocre sneaker cleaning at best. read more

It's hard to believe that these shoes are two years old. Loui has these shoes looking brand new. I have used his services twice on 5 pairs of shoes and he really works miracles. Even the discolored gel looks brand new. I was going out of town and told him up front and he made them available with time to spare so I didn't have to worry. I would bring any shoe here to be cleaned and he has tons of great shoes on the wall for sale. My man Loui does his thing with the sneakers. I brought in a pair of 2015 Holiday Retro 1s and he restored them almost to new condition. I also brought some cloth chucks in and he brought them back to life. Definitely recommended. read more

Came in yesterday not knowing what to look for. I've always been the type to bounce around a sneaker shop and not buy anything, then I walked in and met Louie who was just super nice and informative about everything. Knew these guys were passionate and into what they did because the store is littered with older sneakers and less of the off white and collab projects everyone seems to prefer these days. Literally on the shelf was a pair of mothers day crazy 1's from like 2013 in almost perfect condition. Picked up a pair of "anatomy of air" air max 95's for like, 35$ under retail and they were in amazing condition. I'd highly recommend Sneaker Spa not just for the good prices but mainly for the dedication and hard work they put into the store. Louie was super nice and was hammering out shoes for a convention while also literally explaining the entire store in such good detail I didn't need to ask questions on where anything was.
