One of the worse surgeons that I've came across with. Had one of the worse experience along with my wife. We went in because for my wife wanted to get a mini tummy tuck with fat transfer to her buttocks. We were told by Dr. Kovacs that she would have a great looking butt and that she would have the butt that she wanted. Because my wife wanted to have a huge butt. So after surgery we were told by the doctor that within 2 months her buttocks would look amazing and they would be big and round. In every checkup, Dr. Kovacs kept telling my wife to eat more healthy than what she used to before. While my wife kept a strict diet, she was losing weight. When we went to another checkup, after a month after surgery Dr. Kovacs told my wife that she looked amazing from her waist and her stomach. We were so happy about that, we then asked Dr. Kovacs that why weren't my wife's buttocks looking big like we initially asked for them to be after surgery. Dr. Kovac's response was "your wife lost a lot of weight and therefore the fat that was transferred to her buttocks has gone away (disappeared). Now if you want your buttocks to be as big as you're saying, then you have to get another surgery because we have to remove more fat and then transfer it to your buttocks." But yet again, my wife's buttocks never grew. As a matter of fact, she now has less buttocks than what she had before the surgery. Because the fat that was "transferred to her buttocks" was never actually transferred to her buttocks. Dr. Kovacs inserted the fat above my wife's buttocks, because Dr. Kovacs said that the fat that was inserted above her buttocks would go down automatically within time. I was so angry specially after seeing how much my wife suffered with the recovery and how much money we would have to pay for a shitty job that was done. That's exactly what I told Dr. Kovacs. He told me that I was not going to say that in his office. I told responded, Doctor look at the job you did. Do you really think this is a great job? He responded saying yes, he thought my wife looked amazing. I told him, look at your assistant. She had the same job as my wife did and her buttocks looks exactly how my wife wanted hers to look. My wife's buttocks doesn't even look close to your assistant's. He said, if you don't like my job you can go to another doctor or you can pay for another surgery with me to make your wife's buttocks bigger; now get out of my office. Not even his personnel get any procedure done with him. They rather go to another surgeon to get any type of job done because they know how many patients are unsatisfied with his work. Dr. Kovacs left my wife's left side of the waist bigger than her right side, and he said that he did a great job and that had nothing to do with him because to his eyes, everything in my wife looked perfect. Before you get any procedure done, please stay away from this shitty ass doctor if you don't want to go through a very bad experience like we did!!! My wife got her surgery done on November 3rd, 2021. So this is very recent. read more

I was referred here by my Doctor. Although it wasn't for cosmetic surgery, Dr. Kovacs was an amazing gynecologist. His professional and sincere bed side manner was something that really put me at ease, especially with theses types of appointments. After having 3 babies I was unfortunate to had gained so much weight. I felt very unappealing. I would look at myself in the mirror and feel like my only hope was surgery. My mom recommended and referred me to Dr Kovac. After meeting with him, he told me he wanted me to lose some weight so I would be happy with my results. He put me on a weight loss plan with Jackie. I was at 226 lbs 2 years ago. As of last week I weight 131lbs, that's almost 100 lbs weight loss. My hope had always been tummy tuck, but as I kept shedding the weight (2 year effort) I noticed my twinsies were losing volume and looking wrinkly, and were "almost" pointing down. With clothes I looked normal, but with out was a different story. I saw Dr. Kovac a month ago and he was very proud of me. I reminded him that it was he who convinced me that I could lose weight and I would have better results that way. Last Wednesday the 24th of March, 2021 was my big day! I recently had surgery with Dr. Kovacs. He was fantastic. I felt so calm day of surgery and well taken care of the whole time. Prior to surgery he did a lot of tests on me, making sure I was in good health. This was my fourth surgery in my life time and I've never felt so safe due to how seriously he took all precautions. He absolutely made sure I was fully knowledgeable about my procedure and what to expect. Before surgery, nurse Marybeth did an outstanding job prepping me for surgery. After surgery, his nurse Rose Angel sat with me for over 2 hours in the recovery room, while I slept. Every time I opened my eyes she was right there. Once I realized how long I was there, I asked why she sat with me so long, she replied to take care of you and watch your vitals. OMG! I felt so special and bad all at the same time, because she had to sit there with me so long ; ). The nurse then hands me Dr. Kovacs personal cell phone number to call him over the weekend, in case I had any questions or concerns. Wow, I was shocked. That's a true dedicated doctor. First night home, I received a call around 9:30 pm from Dr. Kovacs himself, calling to just check on me. How awesome is that ; ) Monday morning, I called the office with some concerns, they had me come right in. I was totally fine, but Dr. Kovacs asked me why didn't you just call me over the weekend. I replied "because it wasn't that serious and you need your days off and time to yourself too". I want to say thank you to Dr. Kovacs of course and a very special thanx to his whole staff. His office manager and his three nurses, Rose Angel, Marabeth and Griselda were all amazing. Day of surgery there was a surgical technician and anesthesiologist who are also extremely great too. I was a patient at dr Kovacs facility to get work done on my breasts. 400cc high profile silicon implants with a breast list $6000 . We agreed on $6000 for double surgery because I was paying them cash. Janet was the lady who would take the money and try to lie about pricing, please do not believe them. Scam. After my surgery was completed dr. Cher who works with dr kovac came to me in front of the nurse and said, quote:"we didn't do the lift, after putting implants in your breasts lift on its own" so my reaction first- he changed the procedure not like it was in contract without my or my family acknowledgement and second give me my refund for the lift surgery since it wasn't done... Right, anyone would think that way. So after my surgery I see Janet in the hallway and tell her to give my refund back. She said we ll talk later , next I come to my appointment and dr kovac with Janet tells me No you are wrong dr Cher did do the lift it was inside lift, not the original way you hoped to get on contract b.s. So no refund. And I'm arguing with them saying that's not what I have been told, and dr kovac lies and says I was there in OR and saw it myself. Week later no refund, they agree to speak to me again, dr kovac sit in the room with me , my mother and my child. And starts apologizing, then he sees my phone and makes sure that I'm not recording the convo which was weird, but hey I thought he is apologizing for lying and that they admit that the lift wasn't done, I thought I'm getting some money back, oh no all lies . No money. More of a argument that since they gave me discount in the beginning they don't see a reason to give me any money back. And remind you again the discount was given to me because it was paid in cash not credit card! Please learn from my mistakes DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT PAY IN CASH! That way you can reverse money back. Now 2 months later I'm fighting back with my lawyer, filing complain to medical board, and writing these reviews about these cowards unprofessional money hungry people, sorry not people savages that will do anything for money!
