After multiple unsuccessful attempts getting in touch with other dentists in the area, I was finally able to connect with Dr. Tim who agreed to see me on very short notice the next day! Not only that, but he fixed the chip and touched up the tooth to the point that the tooth actually looked BETTER than it had before! Dr. Tim has got to be the nicest, most personable dentist I've ever met. I have a lot anxiety going to dentist's offices (mostly due to my fear of needles) and he went very far out of his way to make me feel comfortable prior to getting my filling. My toddler didn't cry, didn't whine or complain. She just watched some crappy Barbie movie that Nikki picked out especially for her and loved every minute of her dental appointment. Dr. Elloway, while not fun like Nikki, was informative and thorough. Nikki was right with Dr. Elloway the whole time, so my daughter was totally comfortable with the new hands in her mouth. Finally, my toddler got x-rays done by another young lady there and she was great too! She made sure my daughter was comfortable and not scared. After our appointment, the receptionist had gone to lunch, so the x-Ray tech got my daughter all the fun swag she could find and with such enthusiasm. Unlike my old dentists, Dr. Kwon explains everything very thoroughly, gives you your options with the pros and cons, and spends as much time with you as needed to answer your questions. I think she is a great dentist, and she cares about her patients. I do not see any issue with her bedside manner. I have composite on my front tooth. She did a great color match. You can't even see the lines to see what is tooth and what is composite. Caleb is usually my dental hygienist. Unlike other places, this office really cares about your oral hygiene. Instead of cleaning and sending you on your way, they also educate you on things you need to be doing better, want to know your habits, and generally care about your teeth. And the other person I deal with a lot is Vanessa, the front office person. She is sweet as can be! One thing I really like is when she schedules an appointment she writes right on the card how much the upcoming appointment will be. There are no surprises at this office whatsoever. On top of that, if there is any other work you need done, they will print up a proposal of what you need done with the price list all broken down by item. Then you sign it and they keep a copy. Dr. Kime was the first dentist who took my jaw pain seriously. Previous dentists said there was nothing that could be done about my persistent jaw pain, but Dr. Kime explained that wearing a night guard would help (and it did). I had previously developed a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist because I knew that keeping my mouth open for so long would cause my jaw to become tense and, at times, lock up. However, Dr. Kime listened to me, believed me, and always made sure I was comfortable. I also got an amazing teeth whitening at Dr. Kime's. I had told him and his staff that I was getting married and the whitening really helped boost my confidence on my wedding day. In fact, years later, I still feel so much confidence from having whiter teeth. The process was easy, comfortable, and stress free. Dr. Kime and his staff were all so generous and kind during my time as a patient there.
