The dental staff are very helpful and take time to express concerns, answer questions, and make sure that every step is thoroughly explained. Dr. Barsanti is very fast and efficient. I've had about 6-7 appointments now and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes (I've even gotten in early!). Dental work is extremely expensive no matter where you go and insurance in general isn't empathetic but the staff here have worked with me to build a plan thats in my budget and are happy to answer any questions about coverage.

His secretary, at the time, made us feel wanted and helped us with the rejection from our previous dentist. Three cleanings a year instead of two keeps me from adding to my crown count and keeps my gum pockets shallow. Having been to a lot of dentists, I've experienced everything from hygienists performing acupuncture on my gums to not being properly numbed for a filling to having two root canals done on the same tooth on the same day because the first guy did it wrong and sent me to his mentor to fix it. NOTHING LIKE THAT WOULD EVER HAPPEN WITH DR. WONENBERG! Seriously, this man is the best dentist I've ever had (and in spite of the horror stories above, I've had some good ones). Great touch, definitely cares about the patients and the work he and his staff do, and he's at the front edge of modern dental technology.
