They don't answer the phone and they don't answer the messages you leave them. What kind of dental office is that?

Dr. Tim Roettger and Central Dental are the best in the business, period! I recently moved to the area right before the whole Covid pandemic happened, and had a badly chipped tooth I needed to get fixed ASAP. After multiple unsuccessful attempts getting in touch with other dentists in the area, I was finally able to connect with Dr. Tim who agreed to see me on very short notice the next day! Not only that, but he fixed the chip and touched up the tooth to the point that the tooth actually looked BETTER than it had before! Dr. Tim has got to be the nicest, most personable dentist I've ever met. I have a lot anxiety going to dentist's offices (mostly due to my fear of needles) and he went very far out of his way to make me feel comfortable prior to getting my filling. All around an amazing experience -- cannot recommend these folks highly enough! read more

I had an unexpected tooth emergency. I didn't have a dentist in the area. Dr. Tim came highly recommended by my family. I called and though they are accepting new patients, they were being scheduled several weeks out. When I told her what was happening, they got me in the next morning. When I went in, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. Observing great covid-19 protocols. After examination, I needed emergency oral surgery. I have a strong fear of dentists. BUT Dr. Tim was great at how he handled the entire situation. Keeping me calm while performing a difficult procedure. His compassion was amazing! Karen Beck runs the most professional dental office I have ever been to. My visits there are always quick and for a dental visit they are as pleasant as can be. I was a patient of Dr. Beck for at around 5 years. The service was great until I got cancer and had to cancel appointments. My spouse who was helping with my care, (we have two small children), also had to cancel appointments. We were charged a large fee for the missed appointments and could not pay the fee due to our other medical bills. We were fired as patients from Central Dental over this issue. You would think a dental office would have some compassion in the midst of such challenging life circumstances, but unfortunately not. read more

I worked for Dr. Beck years and years ago and one time a woman came in saying a dentist told her she needed LOTS of work. Guess what? She didn't. Not all dentists are honest. read more

Unfortunately I can't even give them any stars. (Had to give 1 to be able to save my review). As a patient I was under the assumption that I was being well taken care of. When I first went to see her, I hadn't been to the dentist in many years. She took care of my cavities and over the next four or five years continued to be my family dentist. I even took my two sons to her. I just recently moved and went to a dentist in my new area. My last check up and x-rays were Feb. of 2011 at Central Dental Care. Mind you it's only been a year and a few months since I've seen them and I was blown away by what my new dentist told me. She looked at the x-rays that had been taken by Central Dental Care in Feb. 2011 and asked why all my cavities where not filled. I said WHAT?! She then showed me that I had more cavities than I even want to mention even in those x-rays. Not only that, but she asked what they had told me about my broken molars and I was told that we would have to watch them, not put a crown on them just yet. My new dentist told me that was crazy and they should have been capped right away to prevent the now huge cavity I have in that tooth. I really did like Karen, but it wasn't until I got a second opinion that I realized I had been neglected beyond belief. I now have a treatment plan from this new dentist that is over $10,000 for fillings and a few crowns. I left that office crying hysterically. I consider myself to take good care of my teeth. I brush 3 times a day and floss multiple times because my broken molar holds chunks of food in it that annoy the crap out of me until it is flossed out. I can't understand why I have to go through this. I saw her on a regular basis. Something should have been done before it got this bad. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I will be paying for this for a very long time. :( By the way I am not Amos, I can't figure out how not to be my fiance on here, but I am Kristen. read more
