My reason for visit servere headaches. She said that Dr Sanders does not give Pain medications. And wanted cancel the appointment if that was what I was coming for. I said same thing I said at Fishkill office. Extremely rude. Dr Sanders didn't care that visit I was in pain. Or that I took seven medications because I have a acute heart decease. Being so inhumane and down right meane and rude to cancel my Appt. I let them cancel the Appointment. What is Nuvance purpose anyway? And when told them about my many Medications they claim they NP Alexis from the Fishkill office wrote about me for medications list. Against me for what? I'm a patient with a Serious Heart Condtion. You can not imagine how much Stress Pain causes in a Heart Patient. As though I Did Something Wrong??! This cold evil attitude and right out lie. Part of Medicine is Pain Medication. It's on shelves of every Pharmacy in America. It's respected pharmacutical Industry. And I've been getting it for 8 years. I'm supposed have half a Doctor's half Care? But they wouldn't give Me Any Care. Like they were doing me a favor just going to A doctor's appt. All my medications are by only Medical Doctors. And to make matters worst, their so called Pain Management involves no pain Medications. But what they call "alternatives ". Then I'm supposed travel around on pain to Poughkeepsie. Poughkeepsie is far and dangerous. I'm supposed go far. And pay some Guru to some weird experiments on me. Like hormone injections. The Hospital tried alternatives until had to give me butabital for servere headaches. An alternative is supposed my choice. I've been taking very lite pain medications with my heart, and other Medications for 12 years. They are no complications. They work. They very therapeutic. It gives me rest. Helps me to Sleep. All this hateful very stressful malpractice of lying to a Patient. Nuvance is a bad place. I never wanted go. But 2x I tried it was a disaster. I woukd give zero if that were possible

The last 2 days (when I was there pretty much all the time) the staff not only checked on my father, but on me as well. I have never been one to like nursing homes, I've always felt that they could not take care of someone as well as family could, but I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed by Waterview Hills. If you need to have a loved one receive this kind of care, you won't find a better, more skilled, and caring place to have your loved ones stay than Waterview Hills.

I was finally offered the option to speak with a doctor virtually which I accepted. The exam was brief, but satisfactory, and I left shortly after having blood drawn. The real issue arose when shortly after my visit I started to get requests for payment even though the visit was covered by my insurance. I continue to get emails and phone calls months after the visit, despite speaking with them and their acknowledgment it is not my responsibility, and despite phone calls from my insurance carrier.

Mountainside does not take insurance for intensive outpatient and they autobill you in advance giving the contract to you via text. Think of this place like a gym; they want your money above all. It is a business and essentially they have copied the model of AA and Alanon which are free and monetized them to the tune of $3,000 a month for a recovery "coach" (not a counselor) and group meetings. Save yourself some money and go to AA and Alanon. This place is a scam and unprofessional.

After having a very difficult respite experience at another facility last year, I was extremely nervous about trying again. As a caregiver, leaving someone you love in the care of others is not easy. From the moment we walked into Putnam Ridge, I felt a difference. We were warmly welcomed, the facility was clean and smelled clean, the residents were well cared for, and everyone we encountered was friendly and spoke to us. I talked to my mom almost every day while I was away, and hearing how strong and comfortable she sounded gave me a sense of peace I did not have last year. For the first time, I was actually able to relax on vacation knowing my mom was safe and being cared for. To the staff of the Apple Memory Care Unit, thank you for caring for my mom and for giving this caregiver something just as valuable: PEACE OF MIND.
