The "friend" of Jerred's came back, demanded payment because his machine had simply been moved, and when we refused, he took a pin out of another machine that didn't belong to us that was on the back of our property. Be careful who you hire. That pin cost almost $500 to replace. Never heard back from Jerred. Definitely not worth the trouble. It lifted the cover off and chopped up and mangled the wires inside. It was a real mess. Garden Time really helped us out. They squeezed us into their busy schedule closing down systems for the winter for their regular customers. The Garden Time representative was unsure if he could help us out when he saw the state of the control box, but he was persistent. He figured the puzzle out and got all stations going again. I was anxious to blow out the sprinklers before the imminent freeze. The price was quite reasonable. I know who I will call if I need service in the future.
