I stopped in to pick up a dozen this weekend of which I found the bagels to be super fresh and absolutely amazing in taste. I'm not bagel guru, just your average bagel eater but after these same day bagels sat on my counter in their bag for just over 12 hours the bagels didn't taste as good as early morning. Best way to describe the taste was like fresh bagels in the morning and come evening when I grabbed one it tasted like "bread" in the shape of a bagel. I know that sounds insane considering a bagel is bread but it tasted like Wonder bread shaped like a bagel (with a flake like texture & taste). While that's my only complaint I'll put that blame on me for my lack of bagel storing knowledge. Would I stop here and buy bagels again? Abso-freaking-lutely! I plan on stopping by every weekend now but I'll buy less since I clearly don't know how to care for my left over bagels. I'm just an amateur when it comes to bagel storage.
