I would give more stars if I could. I first called called Friendly Locksmith about my key about a…read moremonth ago and followed up with pictures via text of my key. They didn't have it in stock but said they could order it and that it would get there between 1-2 weeks depending on the manufacturer. At that point I would have to make a 50% deposit. I was going out of town so I said I would text him about it later. When I got back I texted him and he was able to set up an appointment and swing by in his company car that same day. Roy was friendly, communicative (gave me a heads up 20 minutes before he got here), and was very efficient - he finished coding the key in less than 20 minutes. I got a few quotes and Roy gave one of the best prices for the chip key and also the key is from the car company so we didn't have to worry about it being a cheaper version of the key. We would depend on Friendly Locksmith for our key needs again. The process was smooth and he has over 15 years of experience to back his professionalism up. Definitely recommend Roy and his business.

With what copy of the key do I go with if I'm locked out? Very condescending and rude people. My advice, stay away. P.S - they will contact you multiple times to clarify the situation saying they have recordings of you.. after 2 hours I didn't even bother answering after getting another locksmith. Their demeanor completely changed after a review and may this be a sign to treat people with respect and kindness and not mediocre sarcasm by telling a customer to go to Home Depot when you're locked out your own house. At least think before you speak when you're representing "professionalism" especially on holidays.

The guy asked me for my phone # and said he'd give me a call. I asked "Will it be today?" and the answer was no, it will be tomorrow. Well it's been several days now, and nobody has called, and obviously no one is going to bother calling. Probably he threw my number in the garbage. The guy i spoke to was also sort of unpleasant. It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. I found my bars elsewhere and they're fine, and cost less than their prices anyway. Can't be bothered to call the customer, OK, that's your loss buddy.
