I have used George's Glass multiple times to repair chips in my windshield. The nice part about this business, is that if you needed them to, they can come to you for the repairs. Staff is very friendly and kind, and they were able to get me on the schedule fairly quickly. It took them just less than 2 hours to fill my most recent chip, and I'm pleased with the work. I had George's glass replace the windshield on my Ford van. What a mistake! They left a huge gap around the window molding that could be seen from 20 feet away, and then when I mentioned it to the worker, he just shrugged his shoulders and tried to tell me the gap was okay. I insisted that they complete the job by at least filling in the gap with some silicone. I brought it in the following Monday and the technician was snotty, and told me that he would "gob some glue in there." The finished product looks like a six-year-old had done it. But, unfortunately, this is not the end of the nightmare: Upon further inspection of the window, I now noticed that the workman had, during the course of the work, broken the plastic shroud ( that sits below the window) in two places. Now, I know that mistakes happen, and inadvertent damage can occur occasionally, but, in this case, George's glass intentionally covered up the damage in hopes that I would never notice it. This fraudulent business practice is never acceptable. I have informed George's glass of the damage. The receptionist informed me that the owner will call me tomorrow to discuss the broken shroud. Now I will have to go back to their shop for the third time, and put up with their sarcasm one more time. I will never use George's glass again. read more

CALL George's Glass! They just replaced my windshield, in my driveway, in about 30 minutes. Their workmanship is outstanding! I can't tell that the old windshield was removed. The new one is perfect and spotless, of course. The two young men who did the work (I heard their names and forgot them already, so sorry!) were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and just so very nice!
