While I was there I was treated like my purchase was important to them. I mostly worked w Z but Sam and all the others were so kind. There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. While I was there another customer was there also buying a car. He said he had purchased 3 cars from them. I said I was concerned about buying a car from a used car dealer. We tried to deal with another location and the Rental Management Trainee was the absolute worst to deal with. She offered no solutions and in essence was taking the car away and leaving us with an entire van full of contents in the parking lot. We have been dealing with a stressful family situation to begin with and she had no heart and was no help. Nick and Jake stepped in from several states away and found a solution.
