It is refreshing to be treated like a valued Customer. That's what Katie did at our recent visit to…read moreservice our 2022 Tiguan. We bought the car at Hillcrest Volkswagen and had the most horrible experience with there service people. The most incompetent, stupid service people I have ever encountered. They are closed now and deservedly so. However, those incompetent people were transferred to Hawk Volkswagen (don't go there). They are or will ruin that place as well. Had a check engine light come on. Called Hawk. Spoke to the incompetent Amanda (from Hillcrest) she told me I could have an appointment 3 weeks from the date I called! She has no idea how to support Customer's. And there was no talking to her about at least checking to see if the problem was serious. I hung up and called Sendell. Katie was great right from answering my call. Understood the concern and scheduled an appointment in 5 days. When we arrived at Sendell Katie was there to greet us and handled everything; engine light and oil change. Katie gave us regular updates on the service progress. Katie went the extra mile and found a coupon (that we knew nothing about) from Hillcrest that reduced the cost of the oil change and applied it to our invoice which saved us money. This is what Customer Service is and should always be about. I'll be a Sendell Customer from now on.

Sendell gave me $6000 more than other dealers nearby. It didn't matter which car I bought. I got a…read moregreat deal on a new Outlander. My salesman, Derek Huzicko was terrific. He ran a lot of prices for me on various cars that had the one feature I was most looking for (blind spot detection). Ask for Derek. He takes the time to make sure you get the car you want. He doesn't try to upsell you. Also the finance woman did not try to pressure me to get the warranty. The paperwork she presented me with was actually lower than I had been told. She found some fees that I didn't need. This was a great car shopping experience.

This is common when a dealer has a pattern of hiding damage or selling unsafe cars. - Auto Fraud Attorney: Specialized lawyers can advise if your case qualifies for class action or if you should pursue individually. JD Byrider Corporate Headquarters - Address: 12802 Hamilton Crossing Blvd., Carmel, IN 46032 - Phone: (317) 249-3000 - Customer Service Email: customerservice@byrider.com - General Contact Email: info@byrider.com Sources: So I found a complaint with both of them I did get response from them so after I filed the complaint they did take my car in and fixed it again . And I just had a friend just bought a car from JD byrider in the same thing happened again to my friend so they are doing this to a lot of people and it's not fair I hope this information given will help some people

    George's Trading Post

I purchased a used 2016 Subaru Forester from George's Trading Post, Inc. located in Scottdale PA…read more on Friday November 20, 2020. My dealings were done with the owner of the business, George A. Emerick, at the location of his business. The car was paid for in cash with a personal check. I was told during the signing of documents--which included trading in my car--that I would receive the title I signed in his office within a few days dependent on my bank releasing funds. It was more than four weeks, and many phone calls later, when I finally received the title. My bank records show that Mr. Emerick cashed the check on November 20th, the day of purchase. I made multiple calls to his business during the weeks following the purchase and spoke to both George Emerick and his brother, Chad Emerick, about the situation. Chad Emerick said they were waiting for my check to clear. I told him my bank had already processed it. (His bank's information is printed on the back of the processed check and the amount is shown to have been credited to his account.) On subsequent calls, both he and George Emerick asked me to email or fax a copy of the front and back of my processed check. I told them this was not my responsibility, nor standard procedure--that they needed to contact their bank. George Emerick called me one morning, making yet another request that I send a copy of the cashed check. I told him he needed to work with his bank. I had a car with no title, that was not legal to drive for a month, as I could not acquire new plates or registration without the proper documents. In addition to his shady business dealings, Mr. Emerick had the nerve to tell me that he would let his "mother and wife" drive the car I purchased for another winter with the tires he left on the car. He must not care all that much for either his mother or wife, as for safety concerns I replaced the almost-bald tires within several days of owning the vehicle--for an amount of money that was more than he 'gave' me for the trade-in of my used vehicle!
