We worked everything out over the phone. I flew in to purchase the vehicle. I could not arrive until after their scheduled closing time. They waited for me to arrive and were super helpful. There are no issues with the paperwork for the military, which can be a little difficult sometimes. There was no rush, they took their time explained everything to me. They let me go over the vehicle and were patient while I learned a little about the SUV. I cannot say enough about my experience with this family and their great business. Owner was an ass hole yelling at my son bc he wanted a reliable truck. We ended up leaving. All his vehicles r not safe to drive on the road. Inspection were lick'em stick'em.
