They got a mystery stain out of very expensive drapery…read more It's not at all convenient to my home, but for big jobs like drapes, I'm willing to drive the distance. I believe all the cleaning is done in-house, which is something you don't see much of. Everyone I interacted with was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The business owner's reply actually made me realize that I forgot to mention they pick up and deliver! I drove the 40 minutes out to them when I dropped off, bc I wanted to show them exactly where the stain was and get their opinion. I definitely took advantage of the delivery service though. So convenient.

AVOID!!!! This company came with (old) rave reviews from my neighbors. Times have changed, staff…read morehas changed. Moths invaded, and I had to clean my 5 year old wool drapes (around 2k). Painful- cleaning wasn't needed- but I had to get rid of the moths. I paid to have them taken down, cleaned, and reinstalled. When reinstalled several panels had a hem missing. Installer apologized and took them back. I was unexpected charged for hemming, based on legal language "if due to age or humidity,..." blah blah. Not my case. New drapes, perfect conditions. I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. Please.... find anywhere more honest, with better customer service and communication.

I was so delighted to find Perfectly Pressed for three reasons:…read more 1. Pick up and Delivery! I receive a text message the evening before to remind me to put my clothes out by a specified time. 2. The communication with the owner is incredibly prompt and reliable. I care A LOT about my clothes- and I have always been able to call Perfectly Pressed with any questions or concerns about alterations, concerns with certain fabrics and repairs. Communication is key. 3. The ethos upheld by the owner- I feel like Mr. Rami cares about my clothing as much as I do, and I trust that my clothing is in very good hands- and I am very discerning when it comes to communication, professionalism and knowledge about how to handle high maintenance people like myself- I admit it- In these times, I think having pickup and delivery for dry cleaning is a luxury- the price points are fair, and you never end up talking with a robot. You won't be disappointed.

Happily, there is Perfectly Pressed. I came across this company just two years ago, and what a difference it's made in my life. The work, as the name suggests, is always perfect. And the owner, Rami, is completely professional and responsive. I use this company for linens as well as clothing, and love the fact that everything comes back beautifully folded or hung. I also love the billing process, which is very professional, complete with weekly receipts and monthly statements. Thank you, Rami, for making my life so easy!

When I came to pick it back up, magically most of the stains were gone! The seamstress also fixed the lining, which was coming undone. Now with the coat looking bright, cleaned and all repaired, it's almost as good as new! To dry clean the coat it was a little over a couple of bucks (I don't remember the exact price) and the repairs were about $12. You can't beat that! (Keep in mind you have to pay cash, before any cleaning or seeing repairs are done.) While there is employee turnover at the dry cleaners, one employee named Jimmy, has my customer ID number memorized. Whenever I come in, he is able to locate my account and immediately get my clothes off the rack. Now that's customer service!

Instead of a human, fax machine came. Since they are nearby, I went there. I complained to the lady at the desk. She was not an educated person. Kind of rude. I told her about my bad calling experience. Then, I called again in front of her. Phone range, another employee passed by the phone but did not pick up. Still the front desk lady did not apologize, instead became more rude. Then I learned that I have to pay cash upfront - no credit card accepted. I decided not to give them my clothes-- and I do not recommend anyone to go there.
