The costume is fairly big so I was concerned it may have been problematic to hold it for several weeks, but the owner said that it was fine. The costume smelled fresh and the color looked much more vibrant than before. The inner lining which was separate and detachable was much whiter than when I dropped it off. When I picked up the costume, the pieces were separated by color and folded, as applicable, into two separate bags. These are all good signs that it was properly laundered with care. The price was very reasonable and came out to $60, which was much cheaper than an estimate at a prestigious dry cleaner that was going to charge over $150. I highly recommend Woodley Garden Cleaners. Tips per two signs: -Wednesday Specials (dry clean service only): For every three garments dropped off on Wednesday, 1 will be discounted. -You can now make payments online before coming in for pick up.

I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. (Keep in mind you have to pay cash, before any cleaning or seeing repairs are done.) While there is employee turnover at the dry cleaners, one employee named Jimmy, has my customer ID number memorized.
