On to the food. Ordered the BBQ Rib tips, greens, baked beans, potato salad and peach cobbler. The rib tips were nice and tender with a nice smooth homemade sauce that has a touch of sweetness to it. Put it in a cup and I could drink it. The greens had chunks of pork in it and had the nice fresh taste. The potato salad was a mix of mustard and mayonnaise with celery, onion, red pepper and some paprika on top, it had the slightest sweetness to it. Some of the best I've tasted. Then there were the baked beans. These were rocking, kind of sweet with some type of maybe smoky flavor, give me a quart of them and they would disappear in minutes.
