Good guy came and pulled back the carpet and returned to repair the carpet. We were happy with the work till not too long after, the seam began to come undone. I reached out to good guy providing photos of the seam. Initially, he responded saying he could come repair it the following week. However, after following up the next week, he would not respond. At this point I'm not confident he will come repair it.
