I was "diagnosed" with a sciatic problem but with some prescription the pain could be eased. When the time to wrap up came she left and sent the Medical Assistant to inform me that a urine sample of was needed to discard a kidney infection, but I was not able to provide such sample at that moment, so I offered her to give me a recipient so I did not need to wait there all the time. The answer was that I needed to wait for a decision on that. After 20 minutes the Assistant physician came back and told me that my option was accepted. I asked if she had sent the prescription to my pharmacy but the answer was no. She needed to complete the visit once I came back with the sample. One hour later, I was able to produce the sample she asked for and her verdict was that no kidney infection was found in their lab. So I asked why she did not send the prescription before since the sciatic problem, I could have gotten the medication and taken it but in the meantime the my excruciating pain did not ease. To confirm, I asked if she was a Dr because I am not sure about what her title meant. She replied three times with the same question, that I asked to confirm that I had not been cared for by a physician. She got very upset and told me that a report was going to be filled with her physician and left the room.I left after her and asked what was going to happen with the prescription and the answer was that since I am leaving there is no prescription to be filled. The paperwork when you check in is full of repeated questions, even in the same page on one of the forms. That process cost me 20 minutes. The assessment performed for the diagnostic some other 20 minutes plus another 20 waiting for the approval of my plan to do not wait in the office. All that time, since 0930AM till noon and came back home with the same pain and threat to fill up a report just because that person probably realized that something was not done the right way. Won't be there and won't recommend this office.

On all occasions I can honestly say they're quick and helpful. The hours of operation really work well with those of us that work 9-5. They stay open until 8pm M-S. That's amazing! The front desk receptionist, and nurses are always very pleasant when assisting you. I always feel like my issues and concerns are addressed with the NPs on-site. I called the kind lady at the front desk, and asked if the doctor would see me today since I wouldn't make it there until 7PM. I showed up around 7:15, and was checked in no problem. I was called to the back and the nurse did my vitals. There was a portion that needed to be filled out by me and a portion for the doctor to fill out. Maybe I missed it, but I was not told to have my portion filled out before seeing the doctor. I usually filled it out with the doctor and go into detail about my medical history (not my first time getting this form filled out). Dr. Harvey came in and immediately scolded me for not having my portion of the form not completed. Made me feel like a complete burden by saying "that's not filled out? You do know we are closing right?" Like I didn't call before to see if I could still come AND pay to be serviced. I guess the nurse that came in before him was there for decoration, because he came in and asked for the exact same basic information. Shallow questions, had no desire to learn more detail about my medical history and wanted to make an uninformed decision without asking questions. I felt rushed and unimportant, and it was so painfully obvious that he wanted me to get out. Then he went out in the hallway with the nurse continually being rude, saying loudly "she didn't even put her name on this form" like I am not right there in the other room. Like he couldn't even be bothered to even ask for my name. He is one of those elderly people who think they can talk to younger people any kind of way, because I guarantee he would not talk to his peers or someone his own age like that. If he doesn't want to see people that late, maybe he should have it where the cut off is at 6PM or maybe not work that late so other people will have to deal with that. I was not treated like a professional who paid for a service. I definitely would not recommend and I will not be back ever.

Instead of listening, she repeatedly responded as though I were demanding medication even if the tests were negative. She would not listen when I tried to clarify what I was actually asking. The entire interaction was extremely frustrating and unpleasant. How can someone this unprofessional be allowed to care for pediatric patients? She did not even understand the names of my child's medications, repeatedly talked over me, and ignored what I was trying to explain as the patient's parent. Very comfortable waiting area . Great for the kids , they have an area dedicated just for entertaining them ! I came in because I had a bit of a headache and thought I needed my ears cleaned and turns out I had an ear infection. Very fast service , dr explained what was going on inside my ears and gave me medication and good tips how to apply . Dr . Dugal and Staff are super nice , definitely coming back !
