Please read if you have abdominal pain. I had sharp pain in my left rib. They say to visit urgent care before trying the ER. I should have just gone straight to the ER. Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business. read more

Unfortunately my whole family was infected by covid so naturally we went to get a test. It took about 10min & $165 to wait for the results of someone sticking a swab up my nose but I finally got it. However trying to get my results was a different story. I suggest not going her just for the fact that they would feather have their whole office infected then perfect their means of communication to send their patients their results. I can't see why they would you want a sick or injured patients to come all the way down there do get info about their visits when it was through a link to set up an appointment anyways. Now my job needs my first round of results and the only option is to infect a whole office as well as other patients just to get just that. Good to see where the offices priorities are read more

I went there with pain in my knee. The lady that took me in the room and asked questions was unconcerned and uptight. The nurse despite me telling her how tight my leg muscles were and how bad my knee hurt just said it was inflammation and prescribed me prescription strength Aleve. Very dissatisfied so I had to go see my regular doctor who ordered an X-ray and prescribed a muscle relaxer. Only went to this location because the Jones Bridge location was moving and had taken down their X-ray machine. Never going to this location in Cumming again!! Not good medical service at all!! I came to this urgent care because the closer one was too expensive and it was taking FOREVER to get seen. This place is by far the cheapest place I've been too and not only that, but they are the some of the nicest people I have ever met. I never have waited longer than a couple mins. It's never busy - thank God and everytime I have left satisfied. I hope I never have to be back just because it's urgent care but if I have to go again, it will be here. read more

Made an appointment online and went in and there was nobody in the waiting room which was nice. Check in was quick and I didn't have to wait but a few minutes for a room. The provider was nice and thorough and I was out in about 29 minutes with a prescription. I hope I won't be back but it's not because the service was bad! read more

I highly recommend this urgent care! The staff is friendly, helpful and so efficient. I had to bring my son for a covid test and my sister for an X-ray. Both were handled with care by a wonderful nurse. The doctor was also very nice when he came in. read more

Zipped in, roughly about 35 minutes before it closed (without insurance), and was able to fill out some basic paper work without feeling like you're getting interrogated. Saw the PA, who seemed very professional and knowledgable. Front office was nice. MA was good. Facility is pretty much brand new. Nicely built, comforting, welcoming. Friendly staff, and good medical professional. Encounter with PA, felt as if they were really there to take good care of you. Not just a fee for service facility. Was able to get all our questions answered, and anything PA was unsure of was consulted with the attending. Great place. Would go back. read more

First time here and nurse practitioner Vivian was fantastic. She was excellent at explaining what was going on with me and how the prescriptions would help me and even spent a lot of time educating me on the over the counter medications I was taking and what they are for and when to take them. It was super super helpful and there was also no wait and I was in and out very quickly. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Dr Dukes is excellent. ( so is Jessica Roberts... I literally trust both with my life!)He is down to earth, knowledgeable of his patients' history, and is has a good sense of humor too! I have seen him for previous issues but never at this location. I went to northside Forsyth on Tuesday, was dismissed with nausea & pain relievers after a CAT scan and lab work. I was told I probably had a virus and just to rest for a few days and follow up with GP in 3 or 5 days, especially if I wasn't better. ( I was not better by any means). Dr Dukes looked at my blood work and UA FROM THE EMERGENCY ROOM and immediately told me I didn't have a virus...I have a severe kidney infection!! I thank God for him today because it took a lot out of me to drive myself considering I haven't eaten or kept down more than 2 bottles of water in 4 days. He put me on the right meds and I will hopefully be on the mend soon! I already feel better. I honestly wish I had just went here when my symptoms first began (sudden onset), but It was the middle of the night and I was trying to err on the side of caution. If you have questions after you've left the office, sometimes it takes a couple calls or emails, but one dr called me after hours from her cell (number showed private, understandably, but just a heads up if you haven't heard back). If that's not compassionate care, I don't know what is. There have been visits, prescriptions,etc that have not been on file When I call back to reference or follow up even months later, so it isn't a bad idea to keep records of your visits, etc. very recently they called in the wrong RX, I didnt notice until at week later after checking the old bottle bc I wasn't feeling like myself. not sure if it's a computer glitch or something, but I also go to whatever location Dr Dukes or Jessica Roberts are working (many convenient locations, towne lake, windward pkwy, John's creek, cumming near the avenues at Forsyth are all ones I've been in). Finally, make sure you don't confuse this place with "physicians care express"!!!! They are two different owners I think...the latter is hit or miss... I'll continue to see dr dukes and Jessica Roberts as long as I can. Jessica leaves no stone unturned, and takes into account ALL medical history. read more

My ten year old son had an unfortunate accident and had his fingernail ripped off and the skin torn. As a mom I wanted the very best care for him. I decided to take him to Physicians Express Care at Creekstone just because it was close. However, upon arrival I was greeted warmly and quickly taken to a room. My son was very nervous but was put immediately at ease when the PA talked him through the process of reinserting his nail into the nail bed and suturing his laceration. The care he received was phenomenal. I was very impressed with the front office staff, the medical staff, and the high quality care WE received as a family. read more

THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING! My 17 year old son had something in his eye for days and when it started to swell it was a holiday and his pediatrician office was closed. I called PE at Creekstone and they said "bring him in we can help!!!! They were able to treat his eye and remove the METAL particle that would have scratched his cornea. Dr. Dukes and the staff at the Creekstone location are just good ole Southern CLASS! Down from the north to visit the grand kids, playing with them evidently fractured a rib. Of course took my love to the Dawsonville outlets, Yelped around for an Urgent care, read many reviews...some pretty sad... The reviews for PHYSICIANS Express convinced me to first call them. The receptionist was fantastic, first greeted pleasantly with her name, answered all my questions about insurance and the facility. Drove 17 mile back down the road to see a beautiful new clean facilities was quickly processed and in the examine room in 10 minutes. Just tremendous service and friendly highly experienced care and Diagnosis by both the PA and Doc Dukes!!! Brought my daughter in for a double ear infection. The nurse hannah was excellent and took the time to relax my daughter as she was nervous about being in a doctor's office. The physician Stephanie was knowledgeable and took great care of my daughter as well. I was reluctant to visit an urgent care, but we both left feeling better than before. I called ahead to the Windward location to make sure they could treat my condition. Windward closed early and sent me over to Creekstone location. 1) They examined me but not knowledgeable about treating my condition and 2) could not refer me to another healthcare provider for treatment (against their policy). This means wasted time, wasted $100+ , delayed treatment for my debilitating albeit non life threatening condition. On the plus side, they were nice even though they were ineffective. read more

This facility is very nice considering I felt awful. The minute I walked in I felt relief at the size, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff. The fact that the waiting area was large and not cramped with sick people made me relax while I waited. The paperwork was quick for a new patient. The PA was thorough and I was treated with the right antibiotic and not one that was used "first" to see if it was strong enough to do the job. read more

I have been to many different health care facilities over the years and this was by far the best... no comparison. The the staff was so friendly and actually showed that they cared. I was feeling sick and they had me in and out quicker than any place that I had an appointment with which was impressive since it is walk in only. The physician that I saw was very friendly and didn't talk down to me, he explained what I needed to do and even followed up to see how I was doing afterwards. read more

I cut my finger and it needed stitches. Got there 45 minutes before they closed on Mother's Day. Was out before they closed with 3 stitches. PA Stephanie Lynn was very professional. She explained every step of the process and what was happening. Check in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and professional. Facility is clean and bright. read more

I went there for my finger infection (along with headache) which was swollen & had pus formation & even a slight touch was causing death like pain. told them all this - but they sent a PA & she said only as is to poke n squeeze out the pus; I asked her if they can provide a numbing cream that will help - she says that they don't have any such cream & only thing she has is a numbing injection which will hurt even more because it's a finger; I had this for so many days & when she said theres no other way I told to continue - we removed it in 3-4 dreadful painful attempts but at the end I could not bear it & then she said most of it is gone & prescribes me anti-biotics. When I had headache the other day & consulted other doctors because I did not trust this urgent care PA everyone asked why I was not given a numbing injection! Why on earth will such PA recommend a painful diagnose when I'm already in so bad pain. read more
