Carlos will no longer respond or answer my calls/texts. I'm not sure the relationship between Cobb/N Futon and Atlanta offices but they once told me they work together. Now, as the Cobb/N Fulton office is in disarray, the Atlanta office says they have nothing to do with them but are happy to charge me for work for which I have already paid. In short, the did not finish the mold remediation and now won't show up to complete or reinstall the drywall they tore out. Thank goodness I went with a reputable company to put in a basement drainage system. This company and Carlos will tell you what you want to hear but it's just one lie after another. I was told 2 weeks ago that a crew was en route only to have them never show and then tell me they had scheduling conflicts. It's one excuse after another. I don't know if this was once a company but they seem to be basically defunct at this point.
